A month had passed since the victorious celebration, and now Pedri and Emily were deep into the preparations for their upcoming wedding, set to take place in just two weeks. The excitement and anticipation were palpable as they finalized details, from the guest list to the decorations.

Today, Emily's family was arriving in Barcelona to join in the wedding preparations. Emily, excited to have her mom with her during this special time, felt a wave of happiness as she and Pedri drove to the airport to pick them

On their way to the airport , Pedri turned to Emily with a curious look. "So, about the wedding—are there any last-minute things I need to take care of?"

Emily smiled, shaking her head. "No, we've mostly done everything. But I'm still looking for a dress. I was waiting for my mom for that, which is why I saved it for last."

Pedri nodded, understanding. "That makes sense. It's important to have her with you for such a big decision."

"Mom! Dad!" Emily called out, her voice filled with excitement.

Her parents saw her at the same time, and their faces broke into wide smiles. "Emily!" they exclaimed in unison, opening their arms.

Emily rushed into their embrace, hugging them tightly. "I've missed you both so much," she said, her voice slightly choked with emotion.

"We've missed you too, sweetheart," her mom replied, holding her close. "It's so wonderful to be here."

"We wouldn't miss this for the world," her dad added, his voice warm and loving.

Pedri, standing a few steps behind, smiled at the touching reunion. He stepped forward to greet them.

"Welcome to Barcelona, Mr. and Mrs. Zaclon," Pedri said warmly, extending his hand. "It's great to have you here."

Emily mom , Ezra pulling pedri into a hug "how are you doing ?"

Pedri said smiling " l am good as long as as you are "

In the car, Ezra turned to Emily with a curious expression. "So tell me, Emily, how are the preparations going?"

Emily smiled, though a hint of stress showed in her eyes. "Everything's good, but tomorrow we will go to see dresses. I'm stressed that I won't find something good, but we'll see."

Pedri, sitting beside her, reached over and squeezed her hand. "Don't worry, you look good in everything," he said with a wink.

Jack, Emily's dad, chuckled. "Pedri knows what to say at the right time."

After dinner, Emily's family retired to their rooms for the night. Emily settled into bed, feeling a mix of excitement and fatigue. As she was about to drift off to sleep, her phone buzzed with incoming message notifications.

She picked up her phone and saw a text from Pedri. The message read:
