Author's POV:

After being released from the custody of the Narcotics Department, Vikraal Singh landed in another trouble. Files about his corruption were leaked by someone and his reputation was tainted.

He was determined to find who did all that, but he could never. Every time he came out of one trouble, he landed in another, either planned by Suharika, Shashwat, and Aryamaan or by Rudransh.

After some time, he flees from India as soon as he gets the chance as Roys and Rathores are busy with Rudrika's wedding preparations and rituals.

It was 10 days after that revelation, that Rudrika's pre-wedding rituals started.

In 3-4 days, all small yet significant rituals took place. Both, the Roys and the Rathores kept those ceremonies intimate.

(I know those rituals exist but I am forgetting their names and their order so I am skipping writing those for the time. Once I collect all information about those rituals, I will edit this chapter.)

As Suharika's father was no more, Aryamaan took all the responsibilities on himself. Wherever Shriyan's presence was required for a ritual, Aryamaan sat there to carry it out.

It was the time for lagna patrika to be written. Pandit Ji instructed Aryamaan to perform the rituals. At the same time, Suharika sat in the background chanting Mantras as told by Pandit Ji.

The lagna patrika was ready and then sent to Rathores.

That day passed in an instant. It was night, and Suharika and Dadi were talking about the past and getting nostalgic.

Aryamaan and Shashwat were still out, preparing things for the coming days. This was their usual routine nowadays.

From tomorrow, major rituals will be starting. Roys didn't have any relation with their backstabbing relatives, so the functions will be organized at the same place for both Roys and Rathores.

The next day, was the day for the Mehndi Ceremony.

Both Roys and Rathores reached the hotel where the wedding would occur. Suharika shared a room with Dadi, while Aryamaan and Shashwat shared another room. Rathores occupied 2 big rooms, 1 for all the male Rathores and the other one for all the female Rathores.

The guests will start arriving the next day, this mehndi function was going to be an intimate one, but together.

Only Rudransh's Buaji's family will be coming today. They arrived at 7 in the morning. Anamika and Latika went in the room with female Rathores, and Mahendra and Lakshya went in the room with male Rathores.

All of them would disperse into their separate rooms after the Haldi ceremony.

The Mehndi ceremony was scheduled for three days before the wedding. This timing is rooted in a blend of simplicity and complexity. The Mehndi reaches its richest hue on the third day, aligning perfectly with the wedding on the fourth day. This avoids the inauspiciousness associated with the number three in Indian traditions. Essentially, that's the crux of it.
