Jungkook felt very guilty. He had made his two sweetest hyungs angry on him. Taehyung had surely warned him not to sneak out. Yoongi on the other hand had saved him just before he was about to be caught by jin. When jungkook had slowly tried to sneak in, in his pup form, none of the brothers seemed to notice him nor did the Royal workers.
Yoongi however found jungkook moving in, the tiny figure of his pup form trying to find a way to get into the palace doors without anyone's notice . Yoongi 's eyes widened at the boy's courage. How would he make his way through the palace doors in the presence of thousands of eyes especially jin's. Yoongi surely knew about the way jin punishes his brothers, he was way too brutal.
He did not want jin to punish the boys brutally ; they were way too young and needed care , what jin did to them was actually abuse. So yoongi decided to save jungkook from jin before he sees the young pup.
Yoongi turned into a shadow very quickly, it was just in a fraction of second, he was confident about his skills and knew none of the brothers would notice him. He quickly moved in the direction of the pup. He could move even faster than light. Jungkook found himself to be picked up by the nape of his neck. He whimpered making tiny sounds of a pup. His little doe eyes widening at the sight of yoongi picking him up. Yoongi placed a finger on his mouth indicating pup jungkook to be quiet.
He then moved inside the palace in his shadow form holding jungkook. He was way too fast no one could notice him entering in. He left the pup in the palace and quickly made his way outside to resume his earlier position. Yoongi felt proud about no one noticing him. His skills had surely improved over years.
Jungkook turned into his human form, he realised that his yoongi hyung had saved him from jin. He sighed in relief . He felt guilt washing over him, if he had been caught by jin, not only him, but jimin and taehyung would also be punished for lying.
He would not let that happen, so he moved out of the palace doors quickly.
Yoongi had surely saved jungkook from jin but that didn't mean he would not get punished. Yoongi felt the need to correct the boy's behaviour. He was way too reckless. So, yoongi decided to punish jungkook himself and asked him to wait in his room.
It had been a little more than an hour, since jungkook had entered yoongi's room. He really hated these moments. His yoongi hyung though was soft most of the time punished him, when he did huge mistakes like what he had done today like sneaking out and putting his life in danger as his hyung states.
Yoongi had warned him last time when he did the same thing couple of months ago ; he was never going to change was he ; yoongi had never punished jungkook physically, it always was classic punishments like grounding and time outs. Jungkook felt himself to be too old to be put in a time out. However tae and jimin had been punished by yoongi physically for some of their serious crimes. Jungkook usually got away with some scoldings and at times being put in a time out. Today was also going to be the same, he thought and laid on his hyung's large bed.
His hyung's bedroom was really large, his eyes wandered around, the large wall clock slowly ticking showing it was past lunch time ; then the large walkin closet carved in gold, it had intricate carvings ;then at the study table as well as cupboards with a number of books lined neatly ; was his hyung really the type who likes reading jungkook thought ;
His thoughts got interrupted when he heard the personal guard of yoongi yell, " All praise to the second prince enters his room "; jungkook jerked up from the bed, his hyung would not appreciate him laying on his bed at times of his punishment.
Yoongi walked in and looked at jungkook who just casted his eyes down. Jungkook wished for his punishment to end quickly so that he could hug his hyung, he really had missed him. Grounding, time out he was ready to get through them all.
Yoongi sighed at him and asked, " Do you realise your mistake jungkook? "
Jungkook nodded his head looking down. " Verbal answers, jungkook ", yoongi's tone was stern. Jungkook not used to his yoongi hyung's stern tone looked at him with his doe eyes.
Yoongi melted at the sight of him . However he quickly put up his strict demeanor and said sternly, " Answer me. "
Jungkook flinched then said " Yes hyung ",
Yoongi sighed again, " How many times should I tell you jungkook ? Why are you being so reckless? Why are you putting your life into risk by sneaking out? What if someone recognised you and tried to harm you? ... We have got way too many enemies who wants a chance to get on us... Do you want that to happen? " , he exasperated.
Jungkook suddenly felt annoyed by his hyung's rantings, " I am not kid anymore hyung, I can take care of myself , I don't need your protection ", he said angrily.
Yoongi squinted his eyes confused, he felt his anger surging, " DO NOT USE THAT TONE TO ME ", he said trying to control his anger.
" I am not calling you a kid jungkook, you are not a wolf either which means you need protection, do you get me? "
Jungkook stood still biting his lips, he was way too angry to reply.
Yoongi had enough, he went near his study table, opened the drawer and took out a thin long cane.
Jungkook 's large eyes even became larger, looking at his hyung taking the cane in his hand .
