Part 2 : HAPPINESS

Jin just stood outside on his balcony taking a deep breath of the fresh breeze.

He wanted to cool himself down at this moment.

Everything had been going on well for these past few months except for some of his ministers talking about his insufficiency to rule the empire behind his back.

They all had heard about jin's beast that lived within him which made him all too arrogant and powerful.

Though some of them appreciated jin for the mercy and kindness he showered throughout the empire for the past few months, some others called him powerless and incapable.

Jin couldn't help but take it to his heart. They were right though, he thought.

There was no way a mere human could be accepted to rule over a huge nation of werewolves.

"Hyung.... Can I talk to you, please ?"

Jin was brought out of his trance by yoongi's voice.

But he didn't look back, as he kept looking at the bright moon.

Yoongi stood close to him, taking a good view of the full moon .

" Are you angry at me, hyung? " Yoongi questioned sensing his quietness.

Jin just sighed before shaking his head, " No I am not.... Who am I to get angry at you?  " He said , his eyes still fixed on the view of the moon.

Yoongi just sighed, why would Jin talk to him like that. He felt saddened by jin's response.

" What do you mean hyung? " Yoongi asked puzzled.

" You are not going to listen to me anyways. " Jin said, his voice a distant.

" I - I .... " Yoongi didn't know how to answer  , he just sighed .

" I am sorry hyung, I will listen to every single thing you ask me except you handing down your throne to me. " Yoongi said, his voice determined.

Jin huffed and turned fully towards yoongi, " You don't understand yoongi.... I am just a human. Can't you see that? How will I be a good ruler when I won't be able to even defend myself at times of battle? " He said.

" I am by your side hyung, I will protect you.... Defend you.... No one will dare to near you. You will have to continue your rule for us. " Yoongi said desperately.

" That's exactly what I am saying... You are the only one capable of protecting the nation and the right heir, yoongi " Jin said pressing his point .

Yoongi let out an exhausted sigh, " Can we please drop this topic for now ? I am hungry . " Yoongi grumbled.

Jin looked at him shocked, " Did you not have your dinner? Why? " He asked with worry lacing his tone.

Yoongi shook his head, " No.... None of us have had our dinner " He said putting up a sad expression.

" Not until you eat with us. Come on..... " Yoongi called pulling Jin outside.

" Brats..." Jin smiled as he reluctantly followed yoongi to the dining.

Jin saw all the five of them had not even touched their plates, their expressions aloof.

He took his seat on his chair, followed by yoongi who smiled victoriously.

The brothers brightened to find Jin back again in the dining room.

" Why would you all starve yourself huh... ? Brats " Jin scolded them playfully.

They all smiled before picking up their chop sticks shoving food into their mouths.

Jimin, however felt himself full after a few bites, this was because he was made to follow a strict diet schedule by the beast.

Jin noticed that jimin had not even finished half of his bowl, this concerned him.

" Jimin.... What happened?  Why aren't you eating? " Jin asked him worry laced in his voice .

Jimin wiped his mouth with his towel, " I am so full hyung.... I am done with my dinner. " He said smiling .

" Finish off your bowl jimin. I won't let you eat that less " Jin said, his voice a little stern.

" No... Hyung... I can't eat any more" Jimin whined.

" You finish the meal... Or you will face the consequences " Jin said acting a little strict .

But this made jimin shiver, the word 'punishment' made him scared.

His eyes flickered with fear, as his hands trembled.

Jin immediately noticed how his words had affected jimin, the poor boy was really afraid.

Taehyung looked at Jin with his eyes widened and even jungkook was looking down in fear.

Jin understood how much pain, his poor babies had been through.

Jin shook his head, " Your punishment is to have the food that I will make for you, jiminah " He said smiling.

" So you better finish your dinner ", Jin said calmly.

Jimin lightened up, oh right, he had forgotten for a minute that his real Jin hyung was back.

" Oh really hyung, do you know how to cook? " Jungkook asked him, his doe eyes widened.

Jin chuckled at that, " Oh yeah ... I cook delicious meals... Right yoongi? " He asked grinning.

Yoongi gave him a done face, " Yeah... Very delicious "  He said unimpressed.

" You ungrateful brat.... How can you make such a sarcastic comment about my cooking.... I have prepared so many late night snacks for you back when you were a kid... By sneaking into the kitchen .... I literally raised you by feeding you.... " Jin bantered at yoongi playfully which made all the brothers laugh their lungs out.

" Whatever " Yoongi grumbled uninterestedly as he shoved food into his mouth to prevent himself from smiling .

He secretly enjoyed this.

" Then can you make food for us all hyung? " Jungkook asked all excited.

" Sure... Why not , my little bunny?" Jin said patting jungkook's head as he was close to him.

" Let us not give to this yoongles boongles , okay " Jin said making a playful deal with jungkook making him squeal in delight.

" Me too " Taehyung smiled flashing his boxy smile.

" Me three " Hobi chimmed in

" Me four " Namjoon said chuckling.

" I am not finishing today's dinner hyung... Let me try your food " Jimin said smiling , his eyes turning into cute crescents.

" You are all going to regret " Yoongi mumbled in a playful tone making them all laugh.

They all felt happiness and joy. It was all because of jin's return. Things seemed to be well. But for how long.... Let's watch.
