THE ROYAL PACK

LETTER

Hoseok walked into the courtroom triumphantly.  He had successfully made a pact with the lands of Hiran ; he had threatened to wield a war against them . Hiran was indeed a powerful kingdom . It was pack which was lead by three brothers who were all blood loving alphas. Their pack was also blessed with the support of Ogres and they had power over the wild animals and trees of the woods . 

Hoseok had asked them to surrender a portion of their land to the Kim empire , which was of a very valuable commodity. They refused to surrender at first but he was surprised when they later accepted his deal after he threatened them with a war.

Hoseok was sure the emperor would praise him for his victory . He walked into the courtroom to find Jin sitting on his throne ; He walked in front of Jin  and bowed to him with respect. He eyed Namjoon and Yoongi who were looking at him . He smirked at them but was interrupted when Jin said : 

" What a great achievement my little brother has achieved ; I am so proud of your smartness Hoseok " Jin said with a smirk on his face.

Hoseok felt himself on cloud nine . It was the first time , Jin had ever praised him. He smiled proudly at his brother's praise . 

Jin stepped down from his throne and walked nearer to Hoseok . He looked at Hoseok for a moment before raising his hand high and slapped Hoseok across his face . A large resounding slap was heard through the court room . The council members gasped but did not dare to look  at the furious face of the  emperor ; 

Yoongi stepped forward but stopped when he found namjoon holding his arm signaling him not to intervene . Yoongi knew that Jin was already furious with him, so he decided to stay calm until things seem to escalate .

Hoseok fell to the floor with the force ; he looked back at jin with confusion written on his face ,  "What did I do wrong , hyung ? " , he whispered his thought.

" You useless shit , If you have no brains , do not involve into the affairs concerning my empire ?" Jin roared fisting his palm in anger.

Hoseok felt his eyes tearing up ,he did a good thing did'nt he .Jin was again making him feel worthless before the entire courtroom.

" Who the hell would threaten to wield a war against a powerful kingdom that has been in a friendly term with us for years ? . Do you think they retreated back just because  you threatened them with a war , you idiot ? .If it had not been Namjoon's eloquence , talking them out with the treaty , we would have lost a powerful support to our empire with your foolishness ." Jin barked out.

Again ' NAMJOON' , hoseok felt his anger surging . Why was always namjoon and yoongi praised for everything they do and he was treated like a waste ; Has he not helped Jin in his wars , always fighting with him by his side ; why was jin never acknowledging him for his skills.

" GET LOST , I do not want to see your face again in the courtroom ? " Jin spat at Hoseok .

Hoseok walked out of the courtroom . His mind filled with frustration and anger, his heart tearing up .He needed to vent his anger out on someone ; So he walked in the direction of Jimin's room.

Jimin slowly blinked his eyes open ; he scrunched his nose as he felt the sunlight falling on his face . He opened his eyes trying  to recognize his surroundings ; he woke up to find himself on his bed ; He tried  sitting up on the bed while wincing  in pain .That is  when the memories of jin punishing him flashed on to him.

He flinched when he found someone holding his hand .He turned to the side of the bed and relaxed when he found Tae holding on to his palm . Tae was sleeping holding on to Jimin's hand while placing his head on the bed , while he sat on the floor.

Jimin smiled at Tae .His twin must have been worried for him. He tried sitting up on the bed while wincing in pain. He felt way too exhausted , his pain had subsided a little.

Tae woke up with a jerk to jimin's stirring ," Jimin , are you feeling better ? " , he asked Jimin helping him sit on the bed.

" Yeah . I am okay Tae . " Jimin said to Tae smiling a little 

" Thank God , I was so scared that I might not see you again." Tae said tearing up a bit.

" I  am not going to stop troubling you that soon, Tae. " Jimin said with a mischievous grin ; he wanted to lighten up Taehyung's mood . He knew Taehyung would have been worried sick for him.

Tae smiled at jimin sadly .However he felt better after finding jimin trying his best to be normal. He knew jimin was hurt both physically and mentally by Jin's  behavior . He wished his Jin hyung to care for them too just like Yoongi hyung .

" How long have I been dozing off, Tae ? " Jimin questioned Taehyung .

" For more than a day ." Tae said trying to count the number of hours Jimin had been sleeping. 

Jimin gasped , " what ? " 

Tae nodded his head, " The Royal Doc had given you some meds to knock you out. Yoongi  hyung had been taking caring of you all this time.  .He had to attend some important stuff today ,so he asked me to take care of you , when I came to check on you earlier today ." 

Jimin nodded his head . He was thankful for his yoongi hyung for being so caring towards him.

Taehyung slowly took out a letter and handed it to Jimin . Jimin looked back at him surprised," What is it ,Tae ? " , he questioned his twin .

" A love letter ", Tae said smirking.

Jimin laughed out ," I know you love me Tae , you don't have to put it through words. " Jimin said teasing his twin.

" In your dreams, Jimin. " Taehyung said smiling playfully.

" It is from the girl who played haegum on the ball night. She requested me to pass it on to you on the ball night, what is happening jimin? Are hiding something from me? " Tae asked jimin suspiciously eyeing his reaction.

Jimin blushed shyly, " Come on Tae, you are my soul mate, I am not hiding anything from you. Just hand me the letter. " he said trying to reach for the letter.
Taehyung yanked his hand back, " I am your soulmate for a reason. We have promised each other not to keep any secrets. I know you are hiding something jimin, pour out your secrets or I am keeping this with me ", Tae said waving the letter at him.

Jimin pouted before trying to reach taehyung but fell from the bed and hurt his injured back, " Aah " , he cried in pain.

Tae came to him running, " Jimin, I am sorry, are you okay? " He asked helping jimin up.

Jimin took this as a chance, he pulled the letter from Tae's hand smiling playfully.

"You shorty, how long are you going to save that letter from me ? " Tae said teasing Jimin reaching out for his hand but a little gently as he knew jimin was sick.

Their playful chaos got interrupted when hoseok entered into the room.

They both halted in their tracks. Hoseok was as scary as jin when it came to training.

Hoseok looked frustrated and furious.
Jimin looked down, he bit his lips to prevent it from trembling.

He knew his hyung would vent his anger on him. How much was he going to bear.
