THE SOUND OF my sister ranting filled the room. She had decided to ring this morning after seeing my latest instagram post, claiming that a private source had sent it to her and that she had to learn more about the 'he' i was talking about.

No matter how much I had tried to shut it down, she was yet to give in. Even doing as much as getting my nephew involved to see if that could break me.

At some point, I had opted to blur her out, deciding that it would be best to get all my packing done before we all left the house in the morning. Since the others had left, we had packed our days so much that on this final day, we were far too exhausted to do anything else.

"Cecilia Wilde just because I have taken an instagram break does not mean I won't figure this out." She said with a strict, motherly tone.

I look at my phone and even if she wasn't able to see me, I rolled my eyes, muttering a few incoherent words under my breath.

"Don't roll your eyes at me."

Freezing my actions, I listened as her voice echoed across the room, hitting me every time.

"How did you even know that?" I questioned as I threw a pair of dirty shorts into the only empty space I could find. The amount of shopping I had decided to do while away was starting to bite back, the sides of my old suitcase already beginning to strain slightly.

The call went silent for a moment, my heart race increasing with every second that blissfully ticked by. Amber being silent was never a good sign. Especially if she was as desperate to find something out as she was today.

Suddenly, my phone began buzzing against the mattress I had laid it on. The request for a face-time that she decided on being as disruptive as possibly could.

I thought out my best moves with hesitance. If I didn't respond, I may as well just sign my death sentence but if I did, I was sure that I was about to get screamed at down the line.  Pressing the green answer button, I prepared my ears for the hell that was about to be rained down on them.

"LANDO BLOODY NORRIS?" She screamed ever so loudly making me jump out of my skin. Her eyes were bulged and her jaw stayed open even after she was finished speaking.

I innocently stared at her down the line, furrowing my eyebrows. "What about him?"

Amber tutted, apologising lightly to both of her children for disturbing the peaceful time.

"Don't do that. You're followed by multiple formula one drivers and he has liked your posts. People don't like posts for no reason Ce." She hastily explained her reasonings, sitting down as she did so. Her eyes bore into me with such intensity that I too had to give my legs a break.

"We are good friends." I nodded my head along as I spoke, trying to convince not only her of that.

"Oh? So if I asked Marcus or Quinn or any of those lot what you two were would I get the same reaction?" She asked. "Or would I be told that you guys are a lot more comfortable than that?"

She already knew.

"You already knew."

Shrugging, she smirked almost mockingly at me.

"I took a break from instagram, not twitter." Her laugh was loud as it subjected her to another telling off from her own children. "They do think you are very pretty so they must be liars."

With a scoff, I threw my phone back down onto the bed and resumed with my packing. I had mostly cleared out the draws except from what I would wear tomorrow and my pyjamas for tonight. It would need at least five thorough before I felt safe to leave but the good side was that I managed to get the big jobs out of the way.

A loud call came from downstairs followed by a crash and small scream, reminding me of what I had previously stepped out from.

"Seems like your kids need more parenting than mine do." Amber stated, turning her camera around to show the calm state that her house had been submerged in. "So because of that, I will be letting you go. Text me when you land, okay?"

"Alright, say goodbye to them for me." I directed a kiss and a wave towards the camera from my upright position before I picked up my phone and ran downstairs.

Marcus's voice could be heard the loudest as always, his words of distaste making it down the hallway.

Tessa was the first person that I saw, her eyebrows briefly rising in a makeshift 'welcome to the chaos.'

Quinn was sweeping up a pile of glass, warning everyone around not to walk around without shoes as she did so.

"Thankfully, just an empty bottle from a couple nights ago." Adelina announced, her voice smooth. "Which is exactly why Marcus never takes out the rubbish."

"There was water on the floor!"

His voice was now high pitched, his hands outstretched as he defended his clumsy tendencies.

I took the chance will we were all together to ask a much needed question. "Which one of you gave Amber my account?"

"The one that you randomly created last night to complain about god knows what?" Quinn answered my question with a question as her eyes left the broom so she could look at me.

"I was a bit-." I hesitated, my feet moving around. "Overwhelmed."

Adelina laughed slightly whilst she shook her head. She stepped over the pile of glass so she could wrap an arm around my shoulder.

"Men."

That was all she said as her eyes looked into mine. With a pat on the shoulder, she walked back to where she was once standing, much to Quinn's dismay.

"I told him you liked golden retrievers by the way." The broom was now on the floor, promptly being replaced by a dust pan and brush. "And the colour purple although then he asked me if you liked cars and I told him you wouldn't like me if I answered that."

"Is he buying you a dog?" Marcus's head snapped in my direction with so much speed I feared he may get whiplash.

"No." I extended the word much longer than it needed to be.

Whilst the rest of us were conversing, Tessa had given herself the job to cook us all dinner. Her silent movement across the kitchen not informing any of us about that.

"No, they were discussing the dog they are going to get together." She mocked in a sing - song voice though the sound of pasta being poured almost drowned it out.

My shoulders dropped, a look of shock painting itself across my face. "Tessa you can't say that! You'll start them all off!"

The dismay in my voice went unheard as they all began doing exactly what I had predicted. It was yet another night of no peace for me.
