To the Stars

Sophia felt a headache forming. The last thing she remembered was taking in the phoenix force trying to save her sister and her friends from aliens determined to kill them all.
She scrunch her forehead woth a grunt then she moaned a little before she heard someone talking in the background then stopped at her noise, she opened her eyes then closed them instantly to the bright light before trying again a few times then she heard someone approaching, she opened her eyes when she saw someone she had only every seen on the television and her eyes widen in shock.

"Hello, my name is Beverly Crusher. I am the doctor on board the USS Enterprise."

Sophia looked at her in shock, but she could sense that this lady was being truthful.
Beverly looked at the girl in concern as she saw her eyes widen in suprise but then went back to being blank and faced in a matter of moment, but she was used to Data doing the same thing.
Sophia let her face go blank but took a deep breath, then offered Beverly a small smile while her mind scanned he ship and could 100% confirm that she was indeed aboard the USS Enterprise.
She was in an alternate world that she used to watch when she was younger. She was no longer in her own dimension. Mutants did not exist here.

"Hello, Doctor."

Sophia whispered to her, and Beverly smiled a little at her. They spent the next twenty minutes talking, making sure she was healthy when Beverly asked her something that had been plaguing her.

"I wished to ask about the extra chromosome you have, I have never seen human or other species have these chromosomes."

"I am a mutant."

Sophia answered as if answering a question about the weather, making Beverly look at Sophia confused.

"Mutant is a human being that possesses a genetic trait called the X-gene. It causes the mutant to develop superhuman powers that manifest at puberty. Human mutants are sometimes referred to as human subspecies Homo sapiens superior or simply Homo superior. Mutants are the evolutionary progeny of Homo sapiens and are generally assumed to be the next stage in human evolution."

"That is interesting."

Beverly looked on in child like wandering at Sophia.

"What is your ability?"

"In simplistic terms Astral projection, Telekinesis,Telepathy, Empathy As Phoenix Force: Cosmic pyrokinesis, Matter manipulation, Resurrection Teleportation, power absorption and Immortality."

That made Beverly look at Sophia in shock, but Sophia just looked at Beverly in a small indulgently.

"Shall I meet your captain now?"

Beverly was snapped out of her shock and agreed, then taped her comms bag.

"Dr Crusher to Captain Picard."

"Yes, Doctor."

"Our guest is awake and would like to talk in private."

"I will have someone escort her to my ready room."

Beverly looked at Sophia and then realised something.

"I am sorry I never asked. What is your name?"

"Sophia Grey"

Sophia said with a small smile making Beverly returned when the hiss of the door opened and both woman turned to see a large Klingon who Sophia recognised at Worf come in but also to Sophia joy Data as well making her smile a little more what she had ignored was Beverly looking suprised at Sophia look when she saw Data.
