Chapter 12

Third person's POV:

After Sibongile fainted,Sthembiso carried her inside the car rushing her to the hospital.

"Come on Sibongile you have to open your eyes "-he says with his voice falling him.
He takes out his phone going through his contacts.
"Bafo"-his brother says.
"I don't know what happened she...she fainted suddenly and sh...she is not opening her eyes Bafo!!"-he says ,his voice breaking down.
"Calm down Bafo I n...."
"I don't want to calm down!!!"
"My wife is not opening her eyes and I need you to be at the hospital as in now!!"-he continues.He drops the call as he approaches the hospital.

He parks his car ,coming out of the car he sees the nurses rushing to him with a stretcher.
"Hurry up marn!!!"-he roars.
He runs after them as they take her in.

"Sir you would be to remain outside,the doctor will attend to the patient "-the lady nurse says.
"In the meantime we would like you to fill in some forms at the reception "-she continues before walking away.
Sthembiso feels miserable,he blames himself for what has happened to Sibongile.If he hadn't cheated on her she wouldn't have fainted nor been in distress.He blames himself for everything that's happening to her.The heartbreak,the trust he has broken,he blames himself for everything.

"Oh nkosiyam,how is she?? We came as soon as possible!"-his mother says as she makes her way towards Sthembiso with the rest of the family ,except the grandparents.
"They haven't informed me yet"-he says quietly.
"Then tell us what happened Bafo,you called me said she was not opening her eyes "-Bonginkosi says.
"We...we were talking and she fainted"-he says.
"Maybe she didn't e..."
"Mrs Sibongile's  family??"-their mother was interrupt by the doctor as he made his way to them.

"I'm her husband,is she okay??".
"Mrs Bhengu was under a lot of stress that it almost affected the children but likely for her they were strong enough to hold onto their mommy "-the doctor says.
By now the family is shocked to find out that Sibongile is pregnant not with one but more.
"Did you know about this Ma??"-Sthembiso asks looking at his mother.
"No I didn't,she never told me anything "-she says utterly clueless.
"Maybe she cheated,wherever she was"-Amahle says looking at Sthembiso.
"We should go home ,it shows that she is perfectly fine it's just that her cheating self got caught "-Amahle continues as she touches Sthembiso's arm.

"Is she awake??"-Sthembiso asks the doctor.
"Yes but.."-without waiting for the doctor to finish he makes his way to her ward room with his family shouting his name.

"I don't want you here!"-Sibongile says soon as Sthembiso steps in the room.
"You cheated on me "-he says.
"What??! "-Sibongile says shocked.
"You are pregnant,you cheated on me!!".
"So you saying since I'm pregnant I cheated on you??"-she asks with disbelief.
"Yes ".
"Sthembiso "-his mother says looking at him.By now the rest of the family is in the room.
"No it's okay Ma,let him speak "-Sibongile says.
"You won't say nothing??
Let me tell you something ke buthi "-she says standing up from the bed pulling the drip off.
"I .Am. Not. Like. You"-she says walking towards him slowly.
"Yes I'm pregnant but that doesn't mean I cheated on you.Do not forget that you are the one who took away my virginity,you were the only person I slept with.Did you perhaps ask the doctor how many months am I pregnant?? Did you perhaps ask the doctor how many months I'm pregnant!!"-she screams the last part.

"No"-he says softly.
"Exactly my point,but you come in here accusing me of cheating.I will never be like you ,I will never see myself opening my thighs to another man knowing very well I'm a married woman.Some of us do remember that we are married,so don't you ever again accuse me of cheating or it won't end well."-she says.
By now the family is shocked by seeing this side of Sibongile.
"If you have nothing else to say ,you may all leave."-she says making her towards the bed.
"Sibongile mnt.."
"Please leave ,I would like to alone Ma."-she says.

They all walk out ,ashamed of thinking that Sibongile cheated.The person how was more ashamed was ,Sthembiso.He regretted thinking like that of Sibongile.He regretted many things.
Whiles some other people were not worried about Sibongile,they were worried about her being the one carrying Sthembiso's first borns.They are afraid of losing everything that they planned to do because she is no more carrying the first born.

A lot is still to be held in the Bhengu household,funerals ,marriages and maybe a lot more.Will Sibongile forgive Sthembiso??
Will Sthembiso forgive himself???
Will he come clean to his wife???
Will they ever be happy??

Or maybe it will all end in tears.
