Chapter 1: Re-Summoned

It's another morning in the W.O.L.F. Army Base
Grayson is chilling in the living room and Malaya asleep in bed
Grayson: A pretty relaxing morning😌 I wonder what adventures we'll have today
Grayson daydreams about what kind of forms he'll slay today as Cinderace walks into the living room
Cinderace: Hey Master! Whatcha up to?
Grayson: Oh, hey Ace! Just chilling for right now. Care to join me?
Cinderace smiles and nods as she lays beside Grayson
Cinderace: May still asleep?
Grayson: Yeah. She should be waking up soon. She fell asleep pretty early last night
Cinderace: Oh really? That's unlike her
Grayson: Well, she's been working hard recently, so she deserves it
Cinderace: When you'd go to sleep?
Grayson: Like 2am. She went to sleep at 11.
Cinderace: Ah. Well it's good she's getting the rest she needs😊
Grayson: Yeah. She's a tough one. She's been getting better at fighting for sure
Cinderace smiles and gently nudges Graysons arm with her elbow
Cinderace: Well, she's got a pretty good mentor😉
Grayson smiles
Grayson: Thanks, Ace, but you, along with May, learned most of your skills on your own. I just helped you unlock them
Cinderace puts her arms around Grayson
Cinderace: Agree to disagree, love😊
The two hug each other and enjoy each other's company for a bit longer until another soldier joins the two
Retrospector: Oh hey. What's up, you two?
Grayson: Sup Retro. Just chilling with Ace, waiting for people to get up and to see what the boss wants from us today
Retrospecter: Oh, cool. Mind if I join you two?
Grayson: More the merrier, bro
Retrospector smiles and gives a thumbs up as he sits on the couch with Grayson and Cinderace
Retrospecter: Do you wanna watch something?
Grayson: Oh good idea! Have any ideas? Wanna watch a movie, YouTube, or a show?
Retrospecter chuckles
Retrospecter: I don't have a preference, little man😉
Grayson smiles
Grayson: How about we watch a movie? That's nice and chill
Retrospecter: Sure, I'm down
Cinderace: Sounds good to me
Grayson: Alrighty
Grayson puts on a movie as the three joke with each other, having a blast
Grayson: Should I get some snacks?
Retrospecter: That'd be cool, thanks. Want me to pause the movie?
Grayson: Nah, that's ok. I've seen this one a million times
Grayson gets up and goes to the kitchen to look for snacks
As he's grabbing some chips and drinks, he hears two friendly voices from behind him
Malaya: Hey, luv😊
Grayson looks behind him and smiles
Gardevoir: Whatcha up to?😊
Grayson: Hey you two!😁 Nice to see you! Just grabbing some snacks for Ace and Retro for the movie we're watching
Malaya: Ooh sounds fun! Mind if we join?
Grayson: Not all! Come with me
The three go the living room with the others
Cinderace: Hey May! Hope you slept well😁
Malaya: Sure did😊
Malaya and Gardevoir sit down with the rest of the group and relax
Before long, Graysons radio device goes off
Retrospecter pauses the movie
Grayson: You guys keep watching. I'll take this in another room👍
Retrospecter nods as he unpauses it as Grayson steps into another room and answers
Grayson: Whats up, boss?😉
WolfGod: How's the Legend, today?😉
Grayson: Pretty good. Was just watching a movie with a few pals. Whatcha need?
WolfGod: Well, got a missing people problem
Grayson: Hmm. Know what the cause is?
WolfGod: Yes, but it's not going to be pleasant...
Grayson: I'm used to that at this point👍
WolfGod: Of course you are😊 I think you shouldn't have a problem with this mission. The Backrooms have returned with more monsters
Grayson thinks for a moment
Grayson: Ok, I think I should be fine. How many people do I need for this mission?
WolfGod: 10, including yourself. I'll open the portal when your ready. Assemble your team and call back when you have them. Good luck, Legend. I know you can do this😊
Grayson: Thanks, Wolf😊 I'll call back soon
WolfGod: Alright cya then
WolfGod hangs up
Grayson walks into the room with the others
Retrospecter turns off the TV and the four stand up
Retrospecter: What's the news, little man?
Grayson: The Backrooms have returned with more monsters
Malaya: God, I hate that place
Retrospecter: Is that the place with all the Corrupted enemies and stuff?
Grayson: Yep. They're mean. WolfGod says I need a team of 10. You guys in?
Retrospecter smiles
Retrospecter: I've been waiting for some action
Retrospecter powers up
Grayson smiles
Grayson: I like that energy😉 Anyone else with me and Retro?
Malaya: Absolutely, hun👍
Cinderace: Anytime, Master😊
Gardevoir: No way your going in there without me😉❤
Grayson: Glad to hear it, team. You guys get ready for the mission while I go to my room and call for available soldiers
The group nods and head to their rooms to grab their things and Grayson heads to his room and turns on the Call for Soldiers Alarm
He soon gets knocks at the door
Grayson: Come in!
The door opens to reveal Sonic, Blastoise, Tails, Incineroar, and Shadow
Grayson: Thank you all for coming😊
Tails: No problem, General😊 What's the problem?
Grayson: Backrooms are back with more extremely deadly monsters and more disappearances. You guys in?
Sonic: Always up for some action😁👍
Tails: I got your back, General
Incineroar and Blastoise: Same here
Shadow: Sure, why not
Grayson: Alright. Do what you need to do to get ready if you aren't already and meet me with the others
Grayson heads downstairs to the others
The others follow him and the team is together
Grayson: Alright guys. Everyone ready to kick some ass?
Malaya: You know it😉
The others nod and gives their thumbs up
Grayson nods and calls WolfGod and puts him on speaker
WolfGod: Ready?
Grayson: Ready.
WolfGod: Alright. Before you jump in, be aware that you'll all start off alone and relatively far from each other. Making noise can be helpful but also dangerous. Also, drinking water and eating food decreases your sickness if hit by a monster, so I recommend bringing some with you
Retrospecter: I'm on it
Retrospecter runs into the kitchen and gathers a good supply of food and water for everyone
Grayson: Thank you, Retro😊
Retrospecter: Of course. I don't wanna lose anyone. Seeing friends get hurt or losing them makes me MAD.....especially my close ones. Like you😉
Grayson smiles and blushes slightly
Grayson: Thanks, Retro. You're one of my best pals
The two smile at each other before getting back on topic
Grayson: *clears throat* Anyways, we're all set boss😊
WolfGod: Glad to hear it, Legend😊 Stand by for a moment...
Suddenly, purple energy started sparking on the ground in the middle of the groups circle
The purple energy then went around in a circle, spending up each time until it began to glow
Soon after, a portal was created on the ground
WolfGod: Good luck, W.O.L.F. Army. I wish you the best. Jump when ready
WolfGod hangs up
Grayson: Well, looks like this is it, everyone. We ready?
The group stares down at the portal and looks back at Grayson and nods
They are all filled with determination
Grayson nods back
Grayson: Alright let's do this!
Grayson jumps in first as the rest of the group follows
