She was pacing her neglected chambers after many rotations being away on Kamino. Lexi always yearned for her chambers on Coruscant, a safe spot to feel secure. Plo Koon and she parted ways after leaving the council room which caused her to think over her current situation. Placing her clothes in the drawers by color and design, Lexi began to hum a small tune her master sang for her.

She never knew the words, however, the tune was a soft melody that calmed her down and relaxed her mind. Would she be accepted into his battalion?  Will the clones even like her? Shaking her head to rid of the worries that formed, the drawer closed with a thud and footsteps stalked to her bed.

A small creak came from the mattress as her weight was pressed down, Lexi stared at the ceiling above. Posters hung above range in designs and sizes, to stickers being scatted around. Reaching upwards to touch the wall above, her round eyes gleamed thinking about the vast galaxy.

Pushing herself to sit upright, her back hit the wall as she got herself comfortable. Bringing her knees to her chest, Lexi stared out through the small window to view the ships roaming around the planet.

A knock came from her door causing her gaze to look at it briefly. Her arms tightened around her knees, Lexi prayed the person would walk away so she could relax. Not wanting to interact with people at the moment.

"Lex, it's me, Gen, open up please," the song voice echoed through her chambers and the halls. Not wanting the attention after coming back, Lexi jumped out of bed and ran to the door.

The doors slid open to reveal Genevieve smiling brightly, her green eyes danced as her hair was slick back in a dutch braid. Moving to the side, her friend pushed her way into the dim room. Gen plopped herself on her desk chair to stare at Lexi who walked over to the wall to lean against.

"What did the council tell you?" Gen's intense voice echoed the small room, didn't wait a second more. Lexi's foot began to tap, her eyes cautiously narrowed at her friend. If Mace hasn't told her then would it be something for her to discuss?

Inhaling a slow breath, her gaze was perplexed when meeting the vibrant orbs of the female. "Plo Koon was appointed as my master for my final years as a padawan," Lexi revealed to Gen. A streak of blonde hair fell above her vision, her fingers clenched her arm, and then her eyes cast downward.

"Gen?"

"I can't comprehend why, they made Anakin a Jedi knight at the age of 19. Here we are stuck being padawans for what? More training over stupid codes and rules," Gen growls in rage not looking at Lexi who has never seen this side of her.

"There is always a reason behind their judgments," Lexi tells Gen who waved a hand to dismiss her voice. The green orbs peered into her eyes, which appeared cold and distant, and her body stiffened up as the air became silent.
