Chase POV
"Wake up, Lily, its 4 AM, time to get ready for our mission." Chase gently shook Lily awake, his voice filled with determination and focus.
"Mhm," Lily murmured sleepily, rubbing her eyes before sitting up.
"Alright, just get ready before sunrise." Chase nodded, a sense of urgency in his movements as he began to prepare for the dangerous mission ahead.
"I'll go to the other rooms to wake them up." Chase quietly slipped out of the room, making his way to wake up the rest of their team.
"Kaska, Calar, wake your asses up." Chase banged on their doors, his tone firm and no-nonsense.
"Aradus, wake your ass up, tell that to Eclipse and the rest of the team."
"Alright, jeez." Arad us grumbled, rolling out of bed and getting ready for the mission. "We don't have time to waste," Chase reminded them, his voice filled with urgency. "Let's move, we have a job to do."
Everyone quickly got ready, knowing the importance of their mission. They gathered their gear and headed out, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.
"No dobrze, już wychodzimy, ale czy musimy płacić? Mam przy sobie trochę wolnej gotówki." Aradus asked the innkeeper as they prepared to leave. The innkeeper shook his head and said,
"Nie martw się o to, twoje pieniądze nie przydadzą się tutaj. Po prostu wróć bezpiecznie." With a grateful nod, Aradus followed the rest of the team out the door, feeling a renewed sense of determination for the mission ahead.
"Jesus Christ, look what happened to the city!" Calar exclaimed as they stepped outside and saw the destruction caused by the recent attack.
"They're fucking terrorists, Calar, destroyed some civilan buildings and shit after we disconnected the radio, they thought the Nusian civilans were helping us," Aradus replied grimly, scanning the wreckage for any survivors.
"Look! There is a Guesan survivor." Lily pointed out, kneeling beside a wounded Guesan civilian trapped under some debris. "We need to get him out of here and find medical help fast," she said, as the team quickly sprang into action to rescue the survivor and assess the extent of the damage.
"He's unarmed as well, what do we even to to him? He barely looks 18." Calar quickly assessed the situation and made a decision. "We'll bring him back to our base for medical treatment and questioning," he said firmly, knowing that time was of the essence in saving the young survivor's life.
"Alright youngster, you're safe now. We'll make sure you get the help you need," Calar reassured the Guesan civilian before gently lifting him onto a stretcher for transport back to their base.
"Јеси ли сигуран да ме нећеш убити или то?" The Guesan civilian asked in a shaky voice, his eyes filled with fear. Calar looked at him with compassion and replied,
"Имате моју реч, са нама сте сигурни." The Guesan civilian nodded in relief, trusting Calar's words as they began their journey back to safety.
"Anyways, do you know where are the Guesan soldiers?" Kaska asked, looking around for any signs of their presence. Calar shook his head, "Not sure, but we'll keep an eye out. Our priority right now is getting you to safety." With a nod of understanding, Kaska focused on the task at hand as they continued on their mission.
"Знам где су Гуесанови војници! Стационирани су око главног града, планирају да изврше државни удар на владу." The Guesan civilian's eyes widened in shock at Kaska's revelation, realizing the gravity of the situation. Calar quickly formulated a plan to avoid the soldiers and safely reach their destination.
