I'd love to be a wild child
With a zebra for a pet!
My bioclock is running down,
But I'm not finished yet.
I'd love to fly through rainbow clouds
In a lazy figure eight.
The sands of time are running out
I hope it's not too late.
Is there a spell I can recite
To give me back my youth?
Where are my reading glasses?
What's that? Don't be uncouth!
I'd love to write that perfect book
and wow the literati!
If I could win a major prize,
I'd throw an awesome pahty!
My bones and hair are getting thin,
Where will my life's path lead?
If I can't fly or leap or hear
I'll just sit down and read.
