Chapter 10: Late night snuggles and cuddles

Malcolm-

I packed my bags making sure to get all the necessities, Books, Snacks (or i can have Connor as one... IM JOKING!!), Water Bottle, Blanket and etc. "What are you guys thinking of doing?" Annabeth said
"I really don't know. It was a last minute plan because someone decided to have sex with their boyfriend!"
"Jealous? Have sex with your boyfriend then!"
"I'm not dating Connor nor going to have sex with him!"
"Who said anything about it having to be Connor?"
"You implied it!"
I ignored the rest of what Annabeth said afterwards. I continued to pack. Connor said i can come at anytime. i'll wait a little bit, so i don't seem too clingy or anything.

Connor-

OKAY! CLEAN! HAVE TO CLEAN UP MY CABIN! I just realized the only person i've ever attempted to clean up for was Malcolm. Anyways, the beds look a mess.. I should tidy that up a bit right? Stuff random shit under the bunks. Uhm, what else? Oh! Clean up the random piles of stolen things. (by clean up i mean stuff it in a closet, drawer or under the bed) Looks clean enough. I think? Should I ask Cecil or Travis what they think? Probably, though they might be confused why i cleaned. I'll just say company. But at the same time i've never really cleaned up for anyone who comes over. Hope they don't think about that! Speck of the devil, Travis and Julia opened the door. "Hey— Why does it look so neat in here?" Julia said looking me from up to down like i was plotting something. "Ooo, Connor's trying to impress his boyfriend!" Said Travis. First of all i'm single. "Wait, Boyfriend? Connor has a boyfriend? Tell me who it is!"
"No, Julia" Julia was stuck to Travis arm begging for him to tell her who my 'supposed boyfriend' is. they went on for like 3 minutes on this imaginary boyfriend travis created
"I'm not dating anyone" i butted in so they would stop fighting
"Liar! Tell me who it is, I wanna know" Julia accused me
"It's nobody, I'm single!"
"I'll eventually find out who it is, so minus well tell me now"
"Nobody Julia, i'm not dating anyone" i started to get frustrated
"ANYWAYS! Why did you clean up? I looks nice but why?" Travis interrupted
"Malcolm is coming over because Annabeth and Percy are going to fuck" I said
"Oh? Alright, You can stay up for how ever long you want just don't disrupt anyone."  He parented me
"Wait! So Malcolm is your boyfriend!" Julia said with a proud look
"No, he's just coming over so he can have a place to stay" i felt my face heat up a bit
"You guys should date though! You were even turning red when i said Malcolm was your boyfriend!"
"Shut it, Julia" now it really started to heat up more
A knock was at the door. I didn't want to get my hopes up because what if it was one of my other siblings. The door opened and it was Cecil "Hey brothers from another mother!" he paused for a bit "And Julia."
"Hey, Just letting you know, Malcolm's coming over. I already texted it to all of you but i'm just reminding you or letting you know incase you didn't see the text" I explained
"Alright, i know Alice is staying at Kayla's and Chris at his girlfriends"
"Okay, good to know"
I sat on my bed waiting for a knock or whatever to come. Cecil blasted music on his headphone while he was in his bed, Travis called Katie, Julia was doing whatever the fuck she does. Another 20 minutes or so goes by and there finally was a knock, i get super exited because i've been waiting for like 20 minutes (it was actually it was 6-8 minutes...) I open the door and see a blonde smiling Athenian boy outside the door.
He embraces me into a hug, It was short but sweet. I let him in and he put his bag near the door. We sat on my bed talking about all random ass shit.
Around 1:45 am, Travis had already left to sneak out snd see Katie, Cecil was listening to his music. Julia was on her phone texting.
I pulled out my laptop and we watched IT, We watched it on an illegal website because im a broke bitch who can't afford to buy anything to watch it on. IT is one of my favorite movies. We laid our backs pillows and had blankets covering us. Since the beds aren't that big we were skin to skin touching. kinda embarrassing if you ask me.
"I have the book, it's really good. I can let you borrow it if you like" Malcolm said turning his head a bit in my direction. i turned to him, "Yea, That would be nice" i smiled still in his direction making eye contact
"You guys are so gay, just date already" Julia said making use break eye contact and revise back to what we were doing before. "Shut it, Julia"
"Okay, Okay sorry"
we continued to watch the movie for about 20-30 more minutes. I've watched this movie so many times before and some fucking how when that bitch ass clown named pennywise pops up it scares me. It was embarrassing. i've watched this movie so many times and got jumpscared a bit.
Breaking the fourth wall, You know how i said we were skin to skin touching, He lacing his pinky around mine. After a few seconds we hold hands. I move a little closer to him even though we're still skin to skin touching i still manage to get closer.
Julia gets up and walks behind us, we didn't notice it till she talks "IT? Again? Connor you are too obsessed with Stephen king" I get startled a bit and i parted our hands. I move back to my original space and i guess it was obvious i jumped and moved because Julia starts saying "What were you two doing under those covers..Actually, you know what, I don't want to know. Never mind"
She walks back to the chair she was on originally and goes back to texting whoever. "Sorry" he mutters. "About what?" i say in response
"never mind"
"oh? Okay then..?" Was he apologizing for holding my hand, or something else? I move slightly closer to him again. not as close as last time though.
It's comfortable next to him. I start to drift off, last thing i remember is putting my head in his shoulder mindlessly, then closing my eyes.

Malcolm-

I felt bad, maybe he didn't want to hold my hand. When Julia came he let go and moved away from me. I felt a little nervous afterwards. I was starting to get tired. till i felt a weight on my shoulder. SHIT- HES RESTING IN MY SHOULDER! DID HE FALL ASLEEP? WHAT DO I DO NOW. "Connor?" i said lightly so only he'd hear and not the rest of his siblings—i mean Julia since the rest are sleeping or in another cabin—I was about to fall asleep till he did on my shoulder. Since the laptop was close to me (By close it was on my right thighs and Connor's left one.) I turned the movie off but tried not to move as much so i didn't wake him up. The lights were already off. i gently tried to get comfortable and lay down with him still on me. The bed wasn't big so we'd be really close to each other which i didn't mind. It was comfortable actually.
I laid down on my side with him laying his head snuggled against my chest. i wrapped my arms around him. It was comfortable. he snuggled even closer. i buried my head in his hair, it was sweet and cute.
