Hao snorts as he closes the locker door tightly, he's upset and a bit annoyed that Hanbin hasn't come to school for the last three days.
He tries to hide the fact that he misses him and hasn't thought about him, and that scares him.
Since the discussion in Hanbin's room, the only messages they've exchanged have been Hanbin saying that everything was fine and thanking him, and also mentioning that he was going to miss a few days of school to enjoy time with his brother.
Hao can't help but think of the last words Hanbin said to him, "Maybe in another life, what I feel for you it's fake", these words echo in Hao's head all the time.
Does Hanbin fell something for me? he asks himself, but then shakes his head. It's impossible for this to be true, the only explanation is that Hanbin was simply very unwell and didn't think about what he said.
Deep down, Hao wants what Hanbin said to be true, for Hanbin to feel something for him, but Hao himself can't understand why he wants it.
He starts walking through the hallways, his mind full of thoughts about Hanbin. He walks to the exit of the school, and at the gate he sees a figure who looks a lot like his boyfriend
I must be crazy to think he's here, Hao says to himself as he rolls his eyes in annoyance, he looks down at the ground as he heads for the exit, not noticing a person coming towards him.
"Love" Hao quickly raises his head when he hears the nickname Hanbin usually uses, and he sees Hanbin smiling radiantly in front of him. Hao doesn't even have time to reply as Hanbin quickly seals his lips to Hao's in a slow, long kiss that soon intensifies.
Hao closes his eyes and places his hand on Hanbin's cheek and the other on his waist, beginning a dance-like kiss in which their tongues are synchronized and transmit a feeling of longing.
Their arms clasp tightly, seeking a closeness that longing has amplified and which is now dissolving in the tenderness of the moment. Hanbin squeezes Hao's hair tightly and Hao smiles between kisses, which ends the shortness of breath they are both beginning to feel.
They break apart and Hao looks around, noticing that everyone is staring at them, "You didn't tell me you were coming today" Hao says a little annoyed as he pouts at Hanbin, who smiles and puts his hand through Hao's hair, ruffling it.
"It was supposed to be a surprise," he replies, "but you didn't even show up for practice."
"I thought you weren't coming to school" Hao shrugs and Hanbin laughs, "How are you?"
"I'm good, thank you love, for everthing" Hanbin says looking into Hao's eyes, who swallows dryly and quickly looks away, 'Friday is the final game that will determine whether we are champions, come and see' Hanbin says, as he takes a sweater out of his bag and hands it to Hao, who looks at him confused.
"What's that?" he asks taking the jersey, when he opens it he sees that it's Hanbin's match jersey, and looks at him confused.
"It's for you to wear while you support me in the game, so that everyone knows you're mine during that moment" Hanbin says smiling as he approaches Hao, who opens his mouth to try to say something but nothing comes out. Hanbin kisses Hao on the cheek and waves his hand, turning around and walking out of the school, leaving him alone.
Hao looks at the sweater and smiles involuntarily, but as soon as he realizes it, he stops smiling.
One thing that doesn't leave Hao's mind is that Hanbin has just kissed him in front of everyone, but he kissed him because he wanted to, not because they were in the middle of it.
