I sat on the ground with my back against a tree eating my eggs for breakfast.

"Um, guys..." Glenn said. "So..." He paused again. "The barn's full of walkers." Everybody stopped what they were doing and looked at Glenn in shock, horror, and disbelief.

Shane looked through the crack of the door.

"You can not tell me you're alright with this." Shane said to Rick.

"No, I'm not, but we're guests here. This isn't our land." "God, this is our lives, man!" Shane yelled. "Lower your voice." Glenn said.

"We can't just sweep this under the rug." Andrea said.

"It ain't right. Not remotely." T-Dog said. "We've either got to go in there, we've gotta make things right, or we've just got to go." Shane said before putting his hat on. "Now we have been talking about Fort Benning for a long time-" "We can't go." Rick said. "Why, Rick? Why?"

"Because my daughter is still out there." Carol said. "Okay..." Shane covered his nose and mouth with his hands and took a deep breath. "Okay, I think it's time that we all start to just consider the other possibility."

"We're not leaving that poor girl behind!" I exclaimed.

" 'm close to findin' this girl! I just found 'er damn doll two days ago." Daryl said. "You found her doll, Daryl. That's what you did. You found a doll." "Ya don't know what the hell yer talkin' 'bout!" Daryl yelled. "Look, I'm just saying what needs to be said here! Now, you get a good lead, it's in the first forty-eight hours-"

Rick tried to calm the situation, but Shane just kept running his mouth.

"Let me tell you something else, man. If she was alive out there and saw you coming all methed out with your buck knife and geek ears around your neck, she would run in the other direction." Shane yelled.

Daryl tried to pick a physical fight with Shane. Rick kept them separated. Others tried to as well. Shane ended up backing off and went to walk away.

"Now, just let me talk to Hershel." Rick said. "Let me figure it out." "What are you gonna figure out?" Shane yelled.

"Enough!" Lori exclaimed, pushing Shane away from Rick. "If we're gonna stay, if we're gonna clear this barn, I have to talk him into it. This is his land."

"Hershel sees those things in there as people- sick people- his wife, his-his-his stepson." Dale said. "You knew?" Rick questioned. "Yesterday, I talked to Hershel." "And you waited the night?" Shane said. "I thought we could survive one more night. We did. I was waiting till this morning to say something, but Glenn wanted to be the one."

"The man is crazy, Rick." Shane said. "If Hershel thinks those things are alive or no-"

The sound walkers pushing on the door stopped the conversation. We all stared at the door.

Daryl hasn't been listening to Hershel's advice about taking it easy and resting. He's down at the stable wanting to go with Rick to follow Sophia's trail.

I picked at the long scabs on my wrist as I lay on the grass in the sun. It started to bleed on the grass.

I wish I had bracelets to cover my wrist.

I ended up taking a short nap in the grass.

Someone stood over me, blocking the sun. "Rise an' shine, Isa." Daryl said. "You still going with Rick?" I muttered, rubbing my eyes and yawning. He didn't answer me as he stormed into the tent.
