We snuck back into the town and followed the sounds of loud commotion. We hid behind a dumpster.

I looked around the corner and saw Merle hit Daryl with his bladeless metal hand. I gasped and tried to jump up and run to Daryl, but Rick grabbed me and pulled me back down.

"Isabela, no." Rick said through clenched teeth. Maggie shot one of the walkers that was brought out. People screamed and ran for cover. Rick pulled the pin on can and threw it into the crowd. Smoke formed, and we shot the lights out.

Daryl took back his crossbow and ran to the exit with Merle behind him. "Daryl, let's go." Rick said as we followed them out.

"They're all at the arena. This way." Merle said. "You're not going anywhere with us." Rick said. "You really wanna do this now?" Merle asked. Merle started to punch and break the panel on the wall.

"Rick, c'mon. We gotta go." Daryl said. "A little help would be nice." Merle said as he beat a walkers head in.

Maggie, Rick, Daryl, and I shot down the close walkers. "We ain't got time for this." Merle yelled, running away. "Let's go." Daryl said as him and I followed.

Glenn and the other woman were still at the car waiting for us when the sun came up. "Glenn." Rick whispered.

"Rick. Rick." Glenn whispered back. "Rick, oh, thank God." He said in a normal tone. "Now, we got a problem here. I need you to back up." Rick said. The woman pulled out her sword, and Glenn drew his gun. "What the hell is he doing here?" Glenn said.

"Hey, hey, hey!" Rick said as him and Maggie held back Glenn and the other woman. "Hey, put it down!" Daryl yelled as him and I stood in front of Merle, who was back against a tree.

"He tried to kill me!" The woman exclaimed. "If it wasn't for him, Maggie could be–" Daryl cut off Glenn. "He helped us get out of there." "Yeah, right after he beat the shit out of you." Rick said. "Hey, we both took our kicks, man." Merle said.

"Pendejo." Dumbass. I said to him. "Hey, shut up." Merle replied. "Enough!" Rick yelled. The woman tried to go around Rick to get to Merle. "Put that down now!" He said. "Get that thing outta my face!" Daryl yelled at Glenn.

Merle laughed. "Man, look like you've done native, brother." "No more than ya hangin' out with that psycho back there?" Daryl replied. "Oh, yeah, man. He is a charmer, I gotta tell ya that." Merle looked at the woman. "Been putting the wood to your girlfriend Andrea. Big time, baby."

I didn't want to think or acknowledge her knowing I'd go back into that state of myself where all I thought about was Amy.

"Wait. Andrea's in Woodbury?" Glenn asked. "Right next to the governor." Daryl replied. The woman tried to go around Rick to get to Merle again. "I told you to drop that!" Rick said. "You know Andrea?" Her gaze stayed on Merle. "Hey, do you know Andrea?" "Yep, she does." Merle answered. "Her and blondie spent all winter cuddling up in the forest. Mm-mmm-mmm. Yeah. My Nubian queen here had two pet walkers. No arms, cut off the jaws, kept them in chains. Kind of ironic now that I think about it."

"Shut up, bro." Daryl yelled. "Seriously, damn." I mumbled. "Hey, man, we snagged them out of the woods. Andrea was close to dying." Merle said. "Is that why she's with him?" Maggie asked.

"Yeah. Snug as two little bugs. So what you gonna do now, Sheriff, huh? Surrounded by a bunch of liars, thugs, and cowards." "Shut up!" Rick said. "Oh, man, look at this. Pathetic. All these guns and no bullets in me." "Merle, shut up!" Daryl told him. "Shut up yourself! A bunch of pussies you roll–" Rick used the handle on his gun to knock Merle out. "Asshole." He muttered.

"It won't work." Rick said. "It's gotta." Daryl replied. "It'll stir things up." "Look, the Governor is probably on the way to the prison right now. Merle knows how he thinks and we could use the muscle." Daryl said.
