"Well I never knew you and that lady named Tamayo were long term friends." Your brother was done talking to Tamayo and just entered the room where you, Tanjiro and Nezuko were at.

"Oh.. sorry— I forgot to tell you about it everytime and I only meet her once in a full moon anyway" You nervously scratched your head with an apologetic tone. Gyuutaro sighed in defeat.

"I'm just worried about why you're involving yourself into this mess. This matter is very complicated so if anything happens to you because of that man..." Your brother trailed off and started to nag, sounding like a mom.

"I know brother but they need my help! And plus don't you want to become human again? These two siblings and Tamayo is the key to that door for us!" You pointed your finger at Tanjiro who was drifting off to sleep, it seems like he's quite exhausted after all that shit show tbh. + the chibi Nezuko trying to get her brother to give her some patting.

"..." He wasn't able to refute your words knowing that he wants to be a human again, with you and die of old age peacefully instead of in a fight or by sunlight.

You gave him pleading eyes hoping he will continue letting you assist them in their journey.

A invisible arrow went through his heart with a bang, being a siscon as he is, he spoils you rotten and never gotten angry for more than 10 minutes.

He sighed in defeat, raising his hand and patted you on the head with a small smile. "You're very stubborn you know that right? Even if I don't allow you to get involved with their business, you'd still try and help them isn't it? Just promise to be safe and call me when you need help, I'm always there for you Ume."

Your solemn expression lit up expressively as you hugged him, he hugged you back.

Nezuko who was watching this suddenly started huffing and little smokes came up to her entire head as she tried to shake Tanjiro awake, maybe because she's a little jealous that her brother isn't hugging her right now after looking at you two.

You gave her a hug too just so she won't feel left out and her expression lit up, lighting the entire room to even brighter than it was before.

While everyone was just resting for a bit before leaving, a dark figure above one of the rooftop appeared. With his eyes looking darkly at the sight before him, so this the girl who's always been running away from me. After years of waiting, I can finally kill you and your dear brother. The figure flashed away just as quickly as it appeared.

"WAAAA I MISS Y/N-CHAN AKAZA-DONO!!!!" A certain rainbow eyed menace to society had started crying out loud one day in the infinity fortress.

Unfortunately, the basketball looking demon with pink hair punched his face off to shut his whining.

"Shut up fool, stop saying Y/N's name with that ugly mouth of yours. It's definitely had been hard for her to try and chase you away. She does not want anything to do with you." Akaza snarled as his fist was dripping with the rainbow eyed blood.

"Quit with the unseemly scene. He will be here any minute now." The six eyed demon walked near them and knelt down to greet his master whom was definitely taking its sweet time to come to his own meeting.

"Akaza-Dono, that's not nice of you. I'm so hurt" the menace clasped his heart and started fake crying, Akaza simply just ignored that bitch and knelt next to the six eyes.
