" CALLA JOLIE FOSTER! U COME DOWN HERE RIGHT NOW!" Sophie shouted from down the grand stairs. They had been careful to not get a vortinator. But once again, one of Sophie's twins caused trouble. Calla was a carbon copy of Sophie, but she was exactly like her father. And to leave the disciplinary role to Keefe, was a very bad idea. Last time did not go well.
"Hey Leto, what seems to be the problem?" Magnate Leto sighed and motioned Keefe and Sophie to take a seat right next to Calla.
"Your daughter tried to prank the alchemy mentor Lady Galvin," A moment of silence passed before Keefe exclaimed,
"Well did it work? Please tell me it did, if my kids are learning about pranking then i need to know every detail!"
"Keefe! Sorry about that Magnate Leto, Calla will be punished," Sophie scolds.
"Oh c'mon mom! It was harmless prank," She groaned.
"Yeah, c'mon Foster," Keefe whined, putting his pout on.
"You both need to be quiet! Bye Magnate Leto," The family rose of their seats as they exited the principal's office.
At home, Sophie paced around.
"Calla, i know you want to be like your dad, but your grades are slipping from doing these pranks. I think i'll be putting a hold on your pranking and no mallowmelt for two weeks. That goes for you too Keefe!" Sophie raised her voice louder to make sure Keefe heard it from the kitchen who was, with no surprise, eating mallowmelt.
"What did I do?!" He asked, still stuffing his face with mallowmelt.
"You encouraged Calla's pranking right in front of Leto,"
"Can you blame me?" He replied, wiping his mouth as he walked to Sophie wrapping his arms around her from behind as he buried his head in the crook of her neck.
"Keefe, you can not get your way out of this!"
"Are you sure?" He asked. Sophie could feel his lips push against her soft spot on her neck as heat crawled up to her cheeks.
Calla practically gagged.
"Ew, dad, please do that when no one can watch, Kenric's standing on the stairs disgusted too," Sophie glanced up at the stairs noticing Kenric standing there. That was her other twin, carbon copy of Keefe, but was exactly like Sophie.
"Just, both of you go to bed, thanks for handling Amy, Kenric," Kenric nodded.
"It was no problem taking care of my baby sister, mom," Sophie smiled as they both trudged up the stairs, with Calla muttering something under her breath. Sophie rolled her eyes and could feel a pair of arms spinning her around. She noticed the look in Keefe's eyes and knew exactly what he wanted.
"Nooo Keefe, i'm not having another kid in a long while, and I'm still mad at you," Keefe's lips twisted into his signature smirk.
"Are you sure Foster? Because you look pretty happy now," Keefe leaned closer, pressing his lips to her neck once again.
"Keefe," Sophie warned. He just chuckled and pulled away with that same glint in his eyes. Before Sophie could comprehend what was happening, Keefe suddenly lifted her up bridal style and climbed up the stairs.
"Keefe! Let me go right now!" Keefe did nothing except press a kiss to her forehead.
"Did you know how hot you looked when you were angry?" Sophie couldn't reply because as soon the lock clicked, that night was very eventful, but one of the best ones yet.
"What is it now mom?" Calla asked, clambering down the stairs as Keefe was cradling baby Amy. Amy was a mix of the two parents. One eye was brown and the other ice-blue. Kenric was fuming with glittery slime all over him.
"You know what you did Calla!" He snapped. Calla rolled her yes.
"Oh please, you were practically asking for it," Kenric's jaw dropped.
"Just because I was eating mallowmelt when you couldn't, doesn't mean you can prank me!" He yelled, flinging some of the glittery slime at Calla, which landed in her beautifully crafted hair.
"That. Was. My. Hair! You are gonna pay for that Kenric!" Calla was about to lunge at Kenric, but Keefe quickly intervened grabbing Calla.
"Hey now, relax people. Calla, apologize for pranking Kenric, and Kenric will apologize for flinging some of the slime at Calla," Sophie was surprised at Keefe's ability to actually be strict, but she wasn't going to complain. Calla sighed.
"I'm sorry for pranking you Kenric,"
"Apology not accepted," Kenric retorted, looking away.
"Kenric, if you accept, ur mallowmelt's getting taken away too," Keefe warned. Sophie was very surprised now. Kenric sighed.
"Fine, apology accepted, and I'm sorry for flinging some of it in your hair," Calla didn't say anything but nodded.
"I'm taking a shower," Kenric said stomping up the stairs. Calla just followed her brother.
"You did well," Sophie admitted, walking up to Keefe.
"Hey, i can be strict if I want to," Keefe shrugged, wrapping his arm around her waist.
"They can be handful, but I still love them," Sophie said, looking at Amy and picking her up, pressing a kiss to her cheek. She giggled and hugged Sophie back.
But after all this, Sophie couldn't be more grateful for the life she now had. Even with her crazy family and her childish husband, she was still happy for how everything turned out, and wouldn't have it any other way.
