Take me to the place
The place were the trees meet the ocean.
Two halves separated by earth
An eroding cliff side,
While the ocean firmly beats
into the side of cliffs
Trying ever so hard to kiss the trees
There vast difference
no different than the parting of my mind
Yet both crave eachother
The tree growing roots deeper and deeper,
Trying to sink itself into the earth until at long last
They feel the coolness of the salty waters
The ocean forever causing waves
Waxing and waning with the moon
Trying so hard to kiss the tops of the trees
With its rapid waves
So close and yet so far away.
The constant drumming of each beat
Steadily reaching for each other.
A symphony of loves long dance
Self love ritual
