The next day came as fast as they anticipated, despite the sun still not raising over the sky, the suspense of what is to happen tonight is still high as they could get. Every second count as time ticks by within the agency office. The first instruction they got from Dazai with his new ability is to get enough sleep for today, followed by a strict time schedule of what time they should arrive at the agency for today's plan of counterattack towards the Germans.

Yesterday's revelation is still fresh on their minds, seeing Dazai with his new ability is both mesmerizing and surprising to watch. Mesmerizing in a sense that somehow... the ability looks like it was born for Dazai's already genius mind, surprising in a way that they didn't even know it was even more possible for Dazai to utilize such ability in a very short amount of time. They only caught a glimpse of how Dazai used Archive, but that was more than enough for them to know just how terrifying an ability is within the right hands.

"Good morning Kunikida-kun! What a nice morning for us!"

Kunikida blinked, he just twisted the doorknob open only to be already greeted by a voice inside the agency. Kunikida's eyes wandered to where Dazai and Yue is sitting, Dazai crossed legs as Archive is active in front of him, and Yue munching on some bread, both sitting on the couch side-by-side. Kunikida just nodded towards Dazai as he closed the door behind him, before taking a sit across the other couch.

Yue must have sensed him because the child somehow looked towards Kunikida, with the bread on his other hand, he used his free hand to wave at Kunikida's direction "Good morning, Mister Kunikida-san!" Yue greeted happily "Have you eaten yet? Because if not, there are some breads that you could get."

Kunikida smiled at the child, still noting the bandages over his eyes "Thank you Yue-kun but I did eat before coming here, after all breakfast is the most important meal of the day."

"Ah yes, two eggs on a buttered toasted bread are a perfectly reasonable breakfast to have."

Kunikida rolled his eyes at Dazai's direction "That ability is really annoying on you, you can already tell what is happening I don't even know why Archive needs to be in you."

Dazai just laughed as he reached out for a croissant filled with crab meat before carefully handing it over to Yue's now empty hands. Yue just smiled before taking another bite, Dazai just patted him by his head "Believe it or not but this Archive it really incredible to use, I have really underestimated this ability, it's a good thing that Eugene doesn't know how to use this properly or else everything would have been much harder for us."

For some reason, Kunikida's eyebrow raised at that "He doesn't know how to utilize his own ability?" came the question from the blond

Dazai just looked at him "Something like that..." came the reply, it was puzzling, the kind of reply that they mostly get if Dazai knows something but doesn't want to share "I'm just saying, in the right hands, this Archive... I could even go as far as say this could predict one's future."

"Papa?"

Dazai's gaze shifted to Yue, and without any word Dazai reached out for the water bottle as he easily opened it, before putting in a straw. Dazai then handed it to Yue's waiting hand who then took it carefully with Dazai carefully guiding the straw into Yue's mouth. Satisfied, Dazai once again looked at Kunikida who is silently watching the interaction between the father and son "As I was saying, we are lucky that Eugene is... like that. Ah but maybe the proper term would be karma for them..." Dazai mumbled that last part to himself, he shakes his head as he glanced at the 'screen' in front of him "Anyway we could wait for Yosano-sensei because she is already in her way up."
