Chapter 2: The Day I Reincarnated

"Waaah, waah." ("Who's crying, Is that me?") "madam here's your twins." Says a mysterious female voice. "Aww they're so precious." Says another female voice. "They will be fine young lad and lass. I'm so glad to finally be a father." Says a male's voice. "And I'm so glad to finally be a mother." ("I see, so I really did reincarnate, and those must be my parents, but wait did the woman say twins? Does that mean I have a sibling? If so, then I'll do what I can to protect them when I'm able to, I don't want something similar to happen like in my previous life, and if I remember correctly, this world has magic, which means it might be easier.")

[Two years has passed since my sister and I were born, So I think you guys deserve some answers, my mother and father's names are Akari, and Haru Zanders, whereas my sister's name is Liz, and I'm Jason, my sister looks more like my dad with a red orange hair and orange colored eyes, and I look more like my mom, black hair and black color eyes, which it doesn't make sense in how we're so different from each other, Anyways I tried my best to look for books to read about magic but since I'm only two and I can't read this world's language (which I should've known it wasn't going to be written in Japanese) I'm kind of stuck for now, and it seems like kept my memories from my past life (I'm hoping my knowledge will help some how,) also it seems like my sister is normal and doesn't have a past life memory like me (which must mean that not everyone gets reincarnated in this world.) I try my best to communicate with the adults but all I can say is gibberish.] "What's wrong Jason?" Says Akari as she notices him trying to get her attention, [what I wanted to ask her is if she can read me one of the books on the shelf since the spine of the book has an interesting image on it.] Akari then notices were Jason was pointing. "Oh do you want me to read you a story?" Jason then nods his head. "Wow you're a smart one Jason, well then alright I'll read you a story, and you know what I'll bring Liz here too." Akari then proceeds to get Liz, after she does she goes to grab the book Jason was looking at.

Akari proceeds to read the book she has, to Jason and Liz. |"Once upon a time there was a little girl who was a goddess, then one day she was kidnapped from the heavens and was stripped from her godly powers, and was locked away in an old dungeon, in this dungeon there were a bunch of treasures and monsters in it, then one day the little girl saw a purple glow around the corner, and when she went around that corner she found something that looked a lot like a phoenix but a little bit different, she and the phoenix look alike eventually became best friends and the phoenix look alike became her familiar. because she was stripped from her godly powers, she eventually became very ill, until one day she eventually passed away, the familiar became enraged and destroyed part of the dungeon, and until this day the purple light of the familiar has remained. The end."|("Woah that story was dark, though I don't see how that book is related to magic, unless it's saying that interacting with that phoenix will grant you the ability for magic... nah it's just a fairy tale, a very dark fairy tale that is.")
