Y/N caressed her sore eyes as she looked at the people around her. Everyone here was upset, all of them had their own pain.
She was in pain as well.
She was sitting outside the emergency department, in the waiting area. The sun was harshly hitting against the windows of the emergency department. Her aunt was busy caressing her long hair, tying them up in a bun, as they were left open carelessly.
Meanwhile, her finger tightly gripped the inhaler still clutched in her hand.
What would she care about at this moment, when her father was in the emergency department?
Everything was good, she was so happy until last night. Not even for once did she think that she might face all of this in the morning.
That a lot of pain waited for her in the morning, when she was planning for the trip of her dreams.

"Hello, Papa!" Y/N chimed as she walked into the room.
"So, how was the dinner at your uncle's house?" Mr. Seo asked, smiling at Y/N as she approached to shake hands with her father. She and her mom had just arrived from her uncle's house. Her uncle had arranged a small dinner for her before she left for the US the next day.
"It was good. The food was nice, and they even sent dinner for you and Sam as well, because the two of you were supposed to be there but couldn't be," she whispered, glancing at the IV drip.
"Blood transfusion already done, huh?" she asked, checking the hanging bag in surprise.
"Yeah, I told the nurse to make it a quick flow, not so damn slow. Oh god, it was irritating," Mr. Seo replied.
"But, Papa, it's supposed to be slow. How can you be so rushed with all these kinds of things that are related to your health?" she scolded, scoffing at him.
Mr. Seo chuckled, shaking his head. "You're quite maturing, Y/N," he muttered.
Y/N sat on the edge of the bed, cupping her father's cheeks. "It's not about being mature; it's just that I want you all fit like before, Papa. Look at how weak you have been," she sighed, glancing at the bump over his arm.
She gasped as she held his arm in her hand. "How did this happen?" she asked, worried.
"Oh, actually, the blood wasn't passing through here, and made a bump, so the nurse used the other hand," he reasoned simply, shrugging.
"Does it hurt papa?"
"Oh no nothing hurts princess," he chuckled.
"A-and the heel of your foot is also swollen," she pointed out in a worried tone. "S-should we take you to the hospital, or should I call the doctor to check once again?"
