CH.29 How did you become a Vampire?

A few more days.. just a few more days and we all are going to be graduate soon.. with everything that is happening my mind is in shambles.. Mom called, she asked me what i would take when I went to college... i told her i wanna be a nurse, then she teased me that i just wanted to be a nurse so i could get closer to Carlisle.... i laugh but I'm not gonna lie that's one of the reasons too also it's been my dream ever since i was a kid.. in my past life so i guess why not fulfill it here i mean money's not a problem now so yes.. 

also, i can't help thinking that in just a few more decades Mom and Dad would be long gone too... my heart aches every time so i try my best to spend my time with Dad and face time with Mom whenever I get the chance I wasn't able to go to the Cullens or have time with Carlisle because of this... i know i would be a vampire to be with Carlisle and be with my sister forever but I'm just gonna miss them so much 

I already talk to Carlisle about this and as always, i get sweet words out of him. don't get me wrong i love it.. i love him but is there anything else for my life other than being with them? i mean sure they gave us a choice but bella just wanted it so bad and i cant leave her... i at least want her to have a member of her family alive forever by her side... i just wish i could've explored this world more.....

well maybe i could after i became a vampire and all but i won't experience the sun on my skin anymore so whenever i travel it would always just be nighttime forever... well i guess that's my life now... I'll just have to talk to Carlisle with this i mean i want to explore the world with him as well.. he's the love of my life after all

"Hey Carlisle?" i ask softly we are in my room right now lying beside each other 

Carlisle turned to look at me as i spoke, a smile forming on his lips. He shifted his position so he could face me properly and give me his full attention

"Yes, sweetheart?" he replied, his voice soft and gentle.

"You know it never occurred to me or ask you this.... if it's alright-"

Carlisle chuckled softly at my hesitation, finding it endearing that i was being so careful with my words. He reached out and tucked a strand of hair behind my ear, his fingers lingering on my cheek.

"Go ahead," he said softly. "You can ask me anything, you know that."

"Well since Rosie started telling me her story it got me curious about everyone too but I know it's a sensitive topic so I didn't bother"

"How did you became a vampire?"

Carlisle took a deep breath and pulled you closer to him, wrapping his arms around you as he began telling his story.

"My story... it began many centuries ago, in a time of religious upheaval and strife. I was born as Carlisle Cullen in London, in the year 1640. I was human once, just like you." He paused for a moment, lost in the memories of his human life. The sound of his voice, low and steady, carried the weight of the centuries he had lived.

Carlisle's grip on you tightened slightly as he continued, the memories of his childhood flooding back to him.
