Not many people could have run ins with Sanzu and live to tell the tale- maybe you were special or just a stroke of luck. Your presence was refreshing, you didn't try and change him like all the others righteous annoyances did.
You two live together...
Sanzu who was disappointed went into his office and sat on the office chair. He sighed while staring at the clock. Suddenly his phone rang and he got an incoming call from Kakucho. Sanzu quickly pick up the call.
"Kakucho, is anything wrong? Did something happen?"
"hey it's me" you talk to sanzu using Kakucho's phone because your phone is out of service.
Sanzu's eyes widened slightly at the sound of your voice, his body immediately relaxing at the sound of your voice and feeling slightly relieved.
"Baby? Is that you? Are you alright?"
You replied to him softly "i'm fine here. just want to tell you that we're not coming back tonight. are you fine with that ?"
Sanzu sighed slightly, pinching the bridge of his nose.
"No. I'm not fine with it and I would rather have you back home and next to me instead of out somewhere and who knows what could happen. But...it is what it is, so I suppose I'll be fine. Now tell me, are you okay? Is Kakucho treating you well?"
"he's treating me so well! we're eating now at this one restaurant. the food are delicious, we should come here together later.."
Sanzu's grip on the phone slightly clenched tighter at your words, his eye slightly twitching slightly at the thought of you enjoying the food and time with Kakucho. He took a deep breath, trying to control the jealous and possessive nature within him at the moment as he spoke.
"Really? Well, I'm glad you're enjoying yourself and that the food is delicious. But...don't have too much fun without me, baby girl. I'm missing you over here at home."
"sleep well okay ? i'll see you tomorrow. we're heading back to hotel after this"
Sanzu's grips on the phone slightly loosened at your words.
"I'll try to sleep well, though I'll miss you not being in bed with me, so I doubt I'll sleep well. I'll see you tomorrow. You get all comfortable at the hotel and don't do anything stupid, okay? Or I'll have to punish you once you get back.~"
You chuckled at his words "HAHA yeah yeah.. Kakucho want to speak" You handed the phone back to Kakucho.
Kakucho take the phone and place at his ear before speaking "we're back at 11am tomorrow. can you pick her up at my house ? cause im not into the office tomorrow."
Sanzu nodded, leaning back in his chair as he spoke.
"Alright, I'll come pick her up. But she better still be okay when I pick her up. You understand me, Kakucho?"
"i'm not a brat like the others . she's even keeps talking about you until i get annoyed with her"
Sanzu couldn't help but chuckle slightly at Kakucho's words, clearly imagining you doing that.
"Sorry if she talks about me that much, she just adores me and likes me a lot. Of course she would be talking about me, I am amazing, after all."
"that's disgusting" Kakucho end the call.
Sanzu rolled his eyes slightly at the call ending, letting out a soft chuckle.
"Yeah, disgusting he says. Whatever. I bet him and everyone else are only envious of my amazing self. They're probably so envious that they wish they can be as amazing as me...especially Kakucho."
〰️The Next Day at 10pm〰️ Sanzu was in his office, looking through a few documents on his desk while he sipped at his cup of coffee. The door was open as usual, and he appeared to be in the middle of working in between sips of coffee.
Sanzu raised an eyebrow slightly at the sound of his phone ringing. He set down his cup of coffee and reached for his phone, answering it.
"What's up, Kakucho?"
"come pick her at my house, we're here"
Sanzu nodded slightly, standing up from his chair and setting down the papers he was holding.
"Alright. I'll be right there. Make sure she's okay when I get there, you understand?"
"fine.."
Sanzu hung up the phone after hearing Kakucho's answer, a slight sense of jealousy flaring up in him at the tone. He took a deep breath to calm himself, grabbing his coat and beginning to leave his office.
Atfer driving for a 30minutes Sanzu arrived at Kakucho's house and walked up to the door, taking a deep breath before pushing it open and walking inside.
"Kakucho, I'm here. Where's my assistant?"
Kakucho who's sitting at the table outside his house taking a sip of coffee "oh.. she's sleeping at sofa"Kakucho pointing the sofa.
Sanzu walked further inside and over to the sofa, looking down at you on the sofa. He gently reached down and shook your shoulder lightly while speaking.
"Hey baby...wake up.~"
"hmm... hy" you so tired after working with all documents and projects all night.
Sanzu's eyes slightly widened at you before a slightly teasing, slightly possessive smile spread across his face.
"Hey babe, did you rest well?"
He gently sat down on the sofa and began to gently brush your hair back with his fingers.
"she's working all night make the project documents" Kakucho speaks from behind while eating bread.
Sanzu glanced up at Kakucho with a slight glare for interrupting the moment he was just sharing with you, before glancing back down at you.
"She...did? Did she also have coffee or some other source of caffeine to keep her awake and focused?"
"i don't know . bet she doesn't have. she didn't ask to buy" Kakucho answer Sanzu while looking at you.
Sanzu looked up at Kakucho, then looked back down at you. He gently placed his hand on your cheek as he spoke.
"Poor baby. Working all night to get documents done...without any caffeine nor decent sleep. You overwork yourself way too much, baby girl.~"
Kakucho stretched his body and scratched his head "now take your girl home. i want to rest"
Sanzu nodded before carefully moving you off the sofa bridal style. He carefully stood up with you, holding you close as he began walking out with a slight smirk on his face.
"Sure thing, Kakucho. I'll take my girl home and take very good care of her.~"
Sanzu chuckled slightly, continuing walking out to his car with you and unlocking his car. Carefully, he set you down on the car seat before getting in. He shut the door and started up the car, glancing at you while you're sleeping.
