The newborn army is coming in the morning and nobody can find Bella. The wolves called and told the vampire family that Bella wandered off and they couldn't find her. Clayton and Alice were out hunting and Esme and Carlisle were at the treaty line to confirm everything with the wolves. Edward, Emmett, and Rosalie went to try and find her while Jasper and Hayley stayed home with Christina. Hayley and Christina are sitting on the couch together talking when Edward, Emmett, and Rosalie walk in.
"Any luck finding her?" Hayley asks them
"No. We lost the trail and have no idea where she went." Edward says.
"She has an army of vampires after her and she disappears, can she be any more stupid?" Christina asks
"Thankfully she already spread her scent in the field so the army will go there instead of into town." Jasper says as he walks into the room from upstairs. He was in the nursery. He started building some of the furniture while the newborn vampire and his mate were talking.
"What about your tracking?" Edward asks Christina
"She is not leaving to track Bella with the army coming tomorrow, Edward." Jasper says sternly
"I can still sense her and track her but I don't know where she is without following the trail, and like Jasper said I'm not going to track her until the army is dealt with. As of now, Riley and the army are going to the field where Bella's scent is. That vision hasn't changed."
"Alright." Edward said with a nod.
Carlisle then walked in with Esme, "We all better go hunt then go to the field. We have an army to defeat." He says.
"Are you and Hayley going to be okay here, Chris?" Jasper asks worriedly
"We'll be fine, Jas. We got each other."
"Alright. If anything happens you two go to the cabin immediately."
"We will, Jas. Promise." Christina says. Jasper leans down and kisses her
"I love you, darlin'." he says after he pulls away
"I love you too. Please be careful." Christina says and Jasper and the rest of the coven leave Christina and Hayley at the house until the battle is over.
"Want to help me put the nursery together? All the furniture is upstairs and the room is already painted." Christina asks Hayley.
"Yes!" Hayley says and the two go up to the nursery to set everything up.

Hours have passed, both girls knew the battle had probably started or was about to start but they distracted themselves with the nursery.
"And done." Hayley says as she finishes making the crib up. Christina stood up from the bookshelf she just finished organizing at the same time.
"It's done. I love it." Christina says looking around with a huge smile on her face.
