The next day Christina walked down the stairs in clothes she would wear to go hunting.
"And where do you think you're going, darlin'?" Jasper asks as the rest of the Cullen family, minus Edward, watched.
"With you guys." Christina says to him with a smile
"No way, Chris. You are staying here."
"Why can't I go? I'm not going to train. I just want to watch."
"No. The wolves will be there. Something could happen to you and the baby."
"Oh come on, Jasper. I'm tired of being stuck in the house and I am just going to watch. You know the wolves won't hurt me. They have no reason to. Besides, it would be more dangerous for me to stay here alone than go with you. If I stay here I would be alone and Victoria or any of the newborns could easily come in and attack me. But if I'm with you and the others, they won't be able to get to me because you would never let them anywhere near me." Christina says and she could see that Jasper was about to give in so she wrapped her arms around his neck and gave him her seal eyes, "Come on, Jas. Please. I just want to get out of the house and watch you and the others. I won't be anywhere near the sparring. I promise." Christina begged with a sweet smile and her seal eyes.
"She's got him." Clayton mumbled to the others with a smirk.
Jasper looks down while he lets out a defeated sigh. He could never say no to her seal eyes. "Fine. But you stay near me, Clayton, or Rosalie at all times and go nowhere near the sparring or those wolves." Jasper says sternly.
"I promise." She says with a nod and a big smile before hugging Jasper and excitedly saying, "Thank you, thank you, thank you."
Jasper chuckles and kisses her head. "Alright come on. We better go to the clearing." he said and they all sped to the clearing.

Christina was standing next to Rosalie and Clayton as Jasper and Emmett sparred. Jasper threw Emmett back and Emmett hit the ground and exclaimed "Again!" as he got up.
The vampires heard the Jeep pull up to the clearing and looked over to see Bella and Edward arriving. Rosalie moved over to Emmett and Jasper went over to Christina and wrapped an arm around her waist. Christina wrapped her arm around Jasper's back and put her other hand on her growing bump.
They all watched as the wolves approached.
"They don't trust us enough to be in their human form." Edward says after reading their minds
"They came. That's all that matters. Will you translate?" Carlisle asks and Edward nods. Alice goes over to Bella and Clayton goes to stand at the other side of Christina. Carlisle steps in front of his coven and addresses the wolves. "Welcome. Jasper has experience with newborns. He'll teach us how to defeat them."
"They want to know how newborns differ from us." Edward says for the wolves.
"They're a great deal stronger than us because their own human blood lingers in their tissues. Our kind is never more physically powerful than in our first several months of this life." Carlisle says before turning and nodding at Jasper. Jasper nods at him and then kisses Christina's head before stepping up to where Carlisle was with his hands behind his back in a military stance.
