A year has passed, and now Shan and Fhiorr have turned 18. The Master begins to think about how to surprise them for their birthday, discovering the coincidence that both were born in the same month and on the same day, June 21. The Master struggles to find something that will bring joy to the two celebrants. In his indecisive mind, he says to himself, "Maybe a party? But there won't be too many guests, just the three of us. Or maybe a gift? But what kind of gift? Maybe a bouquet of flowers? No, they're not girls! I really don't know...!"
Then, he addresses the two creatures within him: Terranova named Wu and Demon-nova named VatWu. They fused with the Master, who is actually Ragonus, after defeating Zagon. Their choice to fuse was motivated by the desire to protect the magical world, investigating and monitoring each world they discover to prevent attacks against the magical realm. Wu and VatWu are sealed within Ragonus's body.
The Master (Ragonus) tries to converse in his mind with the two beings that share his existence, but neither is very cooperative. Wu asserts, "I created this magical world, but not the pathetic traditions of mortals or the gods of my world." In response, VatWu angrily says, "If I had managed to defeat this old lizard Wu, I would have rebuilt this world, and there wouldn't be these pathetic birthday traditions."
Wu arrogantly reminds VatWu that the score between them is 15 to 6 in their battles, emphasizing his superiority. VatWu, furious, challenges him, calling him a rotten lizard, and the two begin to argue within Ragonus's mind. The Master (Ragonus) forces a smile and ends the conversation with the two, letting them argue even though it will give him a headache. He compares them to two dwarves fighting in his brain and mind.
Ragonus looks around, trying to find an idea for the birthday surprise for the two, but in vain. He has only two days until their birthday and still has no clear idea.
Ragonus heads towards the new leader of the COUNCIL OF BALANCE, his son, Conan. When Ragonus was still the leader of the COUNCIL OF BALANCE, he suggested that his son take over, and the rest of the council members accepted this proposal. Once there, everyone present bows before him, but he asks them not to do that. He heads to the council chamber, where he meets all the Councilors.
Troton Rock, a titan and Ragonus's cousin, is the leader of Supreme Protection and the prison. He can petrify anyone he wants and fought bravely alongside Ragonus to protect the galaxies in the magical world. Yaho, a wolf-man and Conan's best friend, has been part of the same team with Conan since they were young. He wields the Wind Sword, which chooses a new bearer once every 1000 years, and is the leader of Environmental Protection, replacing Conan's mother, Nature. Barberan, Ragonus's best friend, possesses the ability to see the near future and is a god of the future. He leads the magical world's army, an elite force of very powerful titans.
Lucifer, Nature's brother, is a fallen angel who tried to harm the G-55 galaxy in the magical world. With the help of Ragonus and his friends from back then, including Nature (Conan's mother), Barberan, and Shan's father, they managed to defeat him and bring him to the right path. He is the leader of the Demon Realms, keeping them under control to prevent evil.
Rayze is the smartest of the councilors, with vast knowledge about everything. He is a good tactician and has often helped in battles against evil. He is the director of the Combat Academy and contributes to writing the laws of the magical world, with an 80% chance of them being approved.
Raygon, initially, there were only Ragonus and Raygon, who was helped by Ragonus when he was a dragon cub threatened by another hungry dragon. Ragonus took him in as a pet until he discovered that he was actually a terranova and the son of the king of the terranovas, who had died. But before he died, he protected his son and sent him to a safe place. Now, Raygon is a beast and a great help to the magical world.
Conan, Ragonus's son and the leader of the COUNCIL OF BALANCE, is the firstborn son and brother to Muskan, Ragonus's adopted son. After defeating the Overlord, Ragonus discovered he had a son and adopted him. Muskan was close to controlling and destroying the entire world, but Conan did not let that happen, trying to kill him. However, Ragonus did not agree.
All these leaders form the COUNCIL OF BALANCE in the magical world.
Once there, Ragonus reports everything he knows, and important decisions are made for the magical world. After the meeting ends, Conan heads to see his father. Ragonus stands on the castle balcony, contemplating what gift to give Shan and Fhiorr. Conan finds him and greets him, noticing that his father is deep in thought. He asks what happened, and Ragonus tells him he doesn't know what gift to give his students.
Conan holds his necklace in his hand and tells his father that when it was his birthday, he received a necklace just like all his family members, and he wore it with joy, as it was a special gift reminding him of all his loved ones. Ragonus recalls that moment and reflects on those beautiful days. Conan suggests that he should find something that would remind them of each other. An idea lights up in his mind, and Ragonus thanks his son for the advice. With thoughts full of determination, he rushes off to find something that would bring happiness and remind them of the beautiful days spent together.
Ragonus heads back home. As he approaches the door, he finds Shan standing above it, asking him, "Where have you been?" Needing to keep his identity secret for the moment, Ragonus quickly responds, "I was walking through the market." Shan, with a hint of suspicion that something is going on, says, "I was in the market, and you weren't there. Are you sure you're not hiding something?" Ragonus firmly replies, "I'm hard to spot, especially in a crowd. You don't need to worry." Shan doesn't quite believe him and tries to ask more questions, but Fhiorr comes out and interrupts the interrogation. Fhiorr exits the door hoping for some souvenirs, but unfortunately, he won't have any luck today.
The next day, Ragonus hurriedly leaves traces in the market to make it seem like he was there. He knows he still has one more day to find a wonderful gift for his two students. He heads toward a mountain called the Red Frog Mountain, where the two Water Bracelets are located. Legend has it that two brothers fought against a powerful assassin who controlled the blood of beings. With the help of a spell cast by a frog, the Water Bracelets were created, and the brothers managed to defeat the blood manipulator. These bracelets are also known as the Bracelets of the Lake Brothers and have the power to heal the most severe wounds, but they must be close to each other to activate the spell.
Ragonus heads toward this mountain, unaware that someone else desires such power. A crow with strange eyes watches Ragonus from a tree, unnoticed, then flies off to follow him.
