Darius, Kenji, and Brooklynn, were planning on visiting eachother at Brooklynns place, she only recently moved from her dads place, so might as well see eachother. Plus Kenji had been missing her a lot more in recent months.
(They all look like how they did at the end of the last episode in Camp Cretaceous)
(Video calling)
Brooklynn: I can't wait to see you tomorrow!
Kenji: same..I, I miss you..a lot.
Brooklynn: Have you been having-
Kenji: I can't wait to see you! I gotta go love you bye!-
Brooklynn: Kenji!-
*beep*
Darius: you know if we're spending a night or two at her place she's gonna find out about how bad you sleep -_-
Kenji: Whatever D, I'll be fine! I'll sleep better when I see her..
Darius: mhm whatever you say City Boy
*turns around in his spin chair to face Kenji* anyways, did she tell you where we're meeting tomorrow?
Kenji: this Fair thing..I sent you the address.
Darius: got it!
Brand: *Walks in* sup guys! You ready for your trip tomorrow? Kenji gets to see his little girlfrienddd- *gets his by a pillow* Oof-
Kenji: *laughing*
Brand: you're so on!
Kenji: Bring it!
Darius: hey I wanna join too!
(Pillow fight)
Mrs.Bowman: Boys! Hurry up I made Chilli!
They stampeded out the room and down the stairs.
(The next Day)
(In Darius's car)
Kenji: *zone out staring at the Window*
Darius: *rambling on about dinosaurs around where they are* *pauses and looks at Kenji* Kenji? kenj?? KENJI
Kenji flinched and looked at Darius
Kenji: Wha- huh-? O-oh my bad..what's up?
Darius: you good?
Kenji: y-yeah..I just..miss her, I miss her hugs and stuff..
Darius: you talk about her a lot when you're asleep *chuckles*
Kenji: *rolls eyes and smiles* hey I can miss my girlfriend!
Darius: yea yea.. *starts the radio and drives on*
Kenji thought of his sleep the past few weeks, constantly waking up failing to breath regularly, PTSD not helping whatsoever. All he wanted was his girlfriend with him, so he could feel a little less stressed out, he knows he's not in the run form Dino's, he knows no sociopath was gonna hurt him and his friends (JWCT omg Kenji I'm sorry) but the nightmares have plagued him since.
Eventually he drifted off into sleep. As Darius pulled into a Gas Station.
