As the two swords clanked against each other, the echo in the air was loud enough to make the spectators gulp from afar.
Prince Force swayed his sword with all his might once again, and General Ohm dodged it in time to save his head. In return, he swung his sword at the prince's feet, which the prince dodged by jumping up.
"Why have you chosen me to waste my time today, my prince?" Ohm questioned as he crossed the Force to change his position and charge again. Ohm crossed the line to change his position and charge again.
Force smirked and gestured for Ohm to charge. "Because you are not telling me the truth."
Ohm charged ahead with force, resulting in a defence from Force's sword just above his face. "I told you the truth. I just want that family to receive appreciation for their act of justice."
Force pushed his sword up, making Ohm stumble back. "And that's it? You can't fool me." He charged this time, confusing Ohm, but Ohm was fast to assess and defend. "Or maybe you are fooling yourself as well."
Ohm shook his head. "You want me to say what you have in mind; is that it?"
Force contained his expression. "Will you say it?"
"Never!" Ohm was charged again.
Force was knowingly pushing Ohm, and he was enjoying every bit of it. "Never say never!" Force said, and this time he charged seriously.
Ohm dodged and charged from the side, making Force stumble. "I guess the prince is more distracted by his own game." Ohm chuckled, mocking him.
"There is nothing that can distract me from my goal." Force ran towards Ohm and was about to charge when a glass reflection made him stop on track. He looked in the direction of it and saw a royal carriage decorated with glasses and flowers being brought into the palace.
Ohm smirked and walked to Force. "Here is your distraction, Prince." He mocked.
Force side-eyed him once before shaking his head and walking to the side to put back his sword. "I was about to win today." He mumbled.
"You always win." Ohm spoke while holding his sword back.
"That's not true." Force turned to him with a serious face. "It's only you who can defeat me across all the seven kingdoms."
"But I will always give in to you, my prince." Ohm said that and bowed briefly. "However, I won't be able to accompany you in that battle." He mocked him, gesturing towards the carriage.
Prince Kasidet walked out of the carriage with a blindingly bright smile on his face.
"He sure knows how to catch attention." Force mumbled, frowning.
Ohm looked at Prince Book and then at Prince Force and smiled briefly. "I'll take your leave, Prince." He bowed and left the practice ring.
Prince Book, as per his usual habit, immediately looked around to look for the face he desperately wanted to see. But when his eyes landed on the bare-chested prince, glowering in his direction, his breath caught in his throat.
"Your face is red, master." Chang whispered and budged Book. "You may even start drooling at this rate." Chang chuckled.
"Shut up!" Book maintained his posture, turned away from Force's direction, and instead walked towards the Queen's chambers.
Force turned to the side and gestured for Sabee, his beta servant, to come forward. "What's going on with the prince's visit today?"
"Master, I will make every effort to find out for you as soon as possible." But you should wear your cloak." Sabee handed him the cloak.
