Sonic's POV
My cheeks started to heat up from what he just said, my eyes widen, my heart beat going rapid and my hands shaking a little, is he serious? Me? When did he even started liking me? Is he confessing? Wait no! I'm not ready yet!

"W-What?.." l stuttered my words trying to respond, is he just teasing me? He could be. My thoughts were all over the place as l try to process what he just said, l wanna tell him l like him too! But l want to make sure if he is really telling the truth!

"Don't j-joke around with me s-shads it's not funny, how a-about we watch a-" l look away from his ruby eyes and wanted to try and change the subject but l felt the other's weight slowly sinking besides me on the couch, l quickly turn my head and saw his face inches away from mine.

I could hear and feel his breath on my face, our noses were barely touching , our mouths were closing the gap, a few seconds ago he was sitting on the end side but now he's this close

'God save me, he's too close! l might faint!' l thought to myself swallowing a lump in my throat, l can't calm down.

"Sonic, tell me..do you like me?" He said in a whisper, his eyes staring at mine, and his hand slowly holding mine! This is gonna be a mess if he keep this up! But l can't push him away!

Author's POV
The black hedgehog lean in as the other lean back slowly getting pinned by the other. Shadow lifted him up from the waist and pick him to sat him down on his lap, blue look like a volcano who was ready to erupt at any moment when shadow suddenly sat him down on his lap making him straddle on it, his body flinch when he felt the other's hands slowly going towards his hips

"s-shads l.." the blue one whispered then close his eyes tightly and his mouth was slightly open, shadow raised a brow at his reaction and confirmed that the blue hedgehog really does have feelings towards him and that made him smirked

"Open your eyes..tell me.." the black hedgehog mumble so the other could only hear him. His hand reaching towards his cheek, gently caressing his thumb wanting him to open his eyes so he could see his emerald gem eyes

The blue one open his eyes slowly and took a deep breath through his nose, he was still looking like a tomato and that shadow chuckle from his cuteness, their eyes made eye contact while shadow's thumb continues to rub on his reddish cheek

"Yes..l like you shads..and l know what you're gonna say! I don't know why l like y-you okay?..lt just happened and l-" before the blue one could even finish his sentence, shadow lean in and kisses him to shut him up not even letting him finish his words since he got impatient

Sonic's eyes widen from the sudden kiss from the other hedgehog, this was new! But good new...he lean in and kiss back letting shadow kiss him for how long it's gonna take til they're out of breath
