The walk to the ubuyashiki estate was rather quiet. The sound of the wind rushing past trees and footsteps of both Y/N and obanai were the only sounds heard. Along with Yori's flaps of her wings.
"Ughh..how much longer yori?..my legs hurt.."Y/N complained to the crow.
"PATIENCE L/N-SAN..THIS IS THE 5TH TIME YOU ASKED!!..BE QUIET OR I WONT TAKE YOU ANYMORE.."Yori said angrily not wanting to put up with Y/N's crap.
"I-i...can carry you if you want..i wont mind.."Obanai said while looking to the side embarrassed. His snake covering covering the pink hue on his ears and cheeks.
Y/N smiled at him, happy to accept his offer. "You sure you wouldn't mind?.."
He nodded and continued looking away.
Y/N carefully climbed his back, securing her arm around his neck and legs around his waist. Obanai made sure to keep a tight grip on her to make sure she wouldn't fall.
"Thanks for carrying me iguro-san!!.."Y/N smiled at the boy. She had started to climb him.
Obanai nodded and continued petting his snake companion while looking to the side to cover the pink hue tinting his cheeks.
"No.. i should be the one thanking you.. you saved my life without you i wouldn't have survived.."He started.
"T-thank you..L/N-san.."
"Its no problem iguro-san! And please, Just call me Y/N we're friends aren't we?.."She said, smiling brightly at him.
"T-then you could call me obanai.."
"Of course!!..."She smiled gracefully, the sun shining on her beautiful s/c skin, And adding a shine to her eyes.
All obanai could see was her angelic features.

Obanai's Pov:
W-why..
Why'd she save me? Protected me even..
"Obanai.."
She's so nice..
"Obanai?.."
But..
I thought all women were cruel.. mischievous..
But no..
Y/N she's... different. Shes the only woman I'll trust..
"Obanaiiii!.."
"Huh.. oh ya- uhm yes?.."
"We've arrived!.."

Back to 3rd person pov:
"We've arrived!.."Y/N stated quite excitingly. But it was true, she was genuinely excited to meet this "ubuyashiki" guy for some reason.
"CAW! You seem rather excited L/N-san! I mean who wouldn't, he's the master everrrrrr!"
"I am excited, huh.."She smiled to herself.

"Welcome to the ubuyashiki estate.."A pair of twins said.
The first twin had the hair color white that was shaped into a blunt bob haircut. Their eyes were a dark shade of purple. Their skin was rather pale.
she wore a purple, flower-patterned Hōmongi kimono with a dark indigo juban underneath.
The second Twin had the hair color of Black and pale white skin. The same dark shade of purple to compliment their skin. They wore a purple uchikake kimono adorned with a floral pattern. This ensemble is complemented by a green obi belt, and they also wears a white obiage sash and an indigo obijime cord. Underneath it all, they dons a white juban.
"Are you perhaps..L/N, Y/N?.."The second twin said.
Y/N had now just gotten off of Obanai's back, fixing up her kimono.Though He missed her warmth, he decided to let it go.
"Uh..Yes! I am her- i mean This is she..I'm Y/N...as you know already haha.."Y/N wanted to slap herself, climb into a hole and never show herself ever again. Gosh that was embarrassing..
"Are you alright Y/N-san?.."Obanai spoke up, visibly worried.
"Your..profusely sweating.."He touched your forehead to see if you were sick, but that only resulted you into being a blushing mess.
"I- wait did i do something wrong..? Im sorry i really am!.."He basically just started begging for forgiveness.
"Wait no! you did nothing wrong obanai.. dont blame it on you.."She said, to reassure obanai. She smiled gently at him, which made his heart skip a beat.
"CAW! AHEM. THE UBUYASHIKI CHILDREN ARE PRESENT IN FRONT OF YOU. SHOW SOME RESPECT!! DONT GO STARTING A WHOLE NEW CONVERSATION."Yori shouted at the two kids.
Y/N just shushed herself up and listen to whatever the twins were saying. Seems like they're gesturing for us to follow them. Guess ill be meeting the master in a few seconds..
"Oyakata-sama..They have arrived."The White haired twin said.
"Very well, come inside dear children.."The man gestured for the two to sit across from him.
"Its such a beautiful day to see such beautiful children.."He stated, Looking out a window then looking back at the two.
"How are you two doing..?He notices the two not responding, and is curious to why. He then notices he didn't properly introduce himself.
"Ah, my apologies. My name is kagaya ubuyashiki. The 97th leader of the demon slayer corps. He eyed Y/N.
"Have you heard of me through your parents L/N?.."He asked, clearly already knowing the answer.
"Oh uhm.."Her voice trailed off at the mention of her parents.
Kagaya noticed her gloomy mood.
Obanai did too, and hovered his hand over hers.
Obanai assumed Y/N's parents were deceased and she is still mourning.
"I deeply apologize L/N..I did not mean to bring up the deceased."He bowed for a few seconds.
"I-its fine.. they fought with their lives and protected so many people.."She tried her best not to turn into a sobbing mess infront of the two.
"Your parents were exceptional fighters. Their sacrifice allowed us to protect others lives. But I know that doesn't lessen your grief."
Y/N nodded, tears welling up. "They believed in the Corps' mission-to save lives, even at the cost of their own. Their legacy lives on."
Kagaya's eyes softened. "Indeed. Their deaths won't be in vain.
"Mr ubuyashiki..I'll honor their memory. I'll fight for a world where no child loses their parents to demons. No child will end up like me, Me and Obanai-san will put an end to the demons. it is my goal!"Y/N said, clearly determined into defeating the demons.
"You carry their spirit within you, Y/N."
"Now, a question I've been meaning to ask you two."
"Y/N L/N, Obanai iguro, would you guys like to join the corps?.."
Both the kids looked at each other before looking back at kagaya.
Obanai was the first to speak.
"We accept, ubuyashiki-san."
