Lily Muni He was one of Holly's favourite people. Holly had been the first of Alex's friends to meet his new girlfriend when they got together, something Holly liked to bring up a lot. Lily was a happy person with an amazing sense of humour, along with her excellent career in golf.
The running joke between the three was that 'Holly is stealing Alex's girlfriend' and the two women would often joke around, leaving Alex shaking his head the majority of the time.
So instead of replying to Iris' messages about things she was supposed to be doing, Holly chose to facetime her friends instead.
"What's the gossip?"
Lily's voice was the first to come through the phone and her face appeared at the top of the screen upside down. Holly relayed all the information about everything she had been up to (leaving out parts Lily didn't need to hear) before telling them both about the date.
"If I'm honest, I don't know what to do now," Holly admitted.
