After making sure he was out of the room and my mom was still asleep, I went inside her room. First, I studied my mom carefully and made sure she was alright physically.
Then, I looked around the room to make sure the fucker didn't steal anything. He didn't.
Checked the room thoroughly for any filthy messages left for her. Again, nothing.
Now I was seriously confused. If he didn't steal anything, didn't leave filthy messages for mom and didn't hurt her, what the hell was he doing in her room?
Just as I was about to leave, I saw something that must have fallen from her bed side table. I picked it up from the ground and examined it for a little. I'm honestly embarrassed to admit that it took about 2 minutes to figure out that it was a pen-drive.
Now I was even more confused. Why the hell did he leave a fucking pen-drive in my mom's room? It was then that I decided that I had enough of feeling confused. I went to my would be room and took my laptop out of my bag. I connected the pen-drive to my laptop.

As I was about to unlock my laptop, I heard my name being called. FUCK! I stayed up to long!
"Coming!" I shouted
Before leaving, I quickly shut down my laptop and put the pen drive in my pocket.
Once I came down, I noticed Auden was downstairs as well. I went and hugged him tightly. He froze for a minute before hugging me back. We stayed like that for a minute before breaking the hug. He looked up at me and flashed the cutest smile ever. How could someone insult him? He was so dam precious. (We love Emmie <3)
"Wow Em. This is how you treat your best friend?" I looked over to see Addy smiling at me. I started to grin like a mad-woman before running over to give her a big hug.
Addy was like the elder sister I never had. She was 2 years older than me and had guided me through some tough shit. I remembered crying like a fucking baby when she went off to college last year.
"You lying bitch! You said you wouldn't be able to make it this year!" I said hit her on the arm lightly.
"Ever heard of something called a surprise?"
"Nope. See, I don't know English." I told her sarcastically
