Just as I had predicted, the ride was very awkward for the first few minutes. Then, I heard a notification on my phone. I took it out of my bag and checked it out. Turns out, Emmie had texted me. I opened the text and it read:

Personal bodyguard <3 -This is too fucking awkward for me Audie

Moi- ikr?

Personal bodyguard <3- oooooh I have an idea

Moi- fuck!

Personal bodyguard <3- shut up and listen how about we continue the game offline and have mom, gramps and the two homewreckers join in?

Moi- That's a recipe for disaster

Personal bodyguard <3- WHYYYYYYY :(

Moi- Because the two homewreckers will ruin everything and I thought we didn't like them?

Personal bodyguard <3- We don't. BUUUUUUT  I want drama

Moi- You want grandpa to yell at them again don't you?

Personal bodyguard <3- Oh Audie you know me so well <3

Moi- This is going to end up in shambles. Let's do it

Personal bodyguard <3- I knew you'd cave in ;)

Moi- One thing tho.... The homewreckers don't know I'm gay

Personal bodyguard <3- You want them to know?

I thought about that. Do I want them to know? One answer popped in my head. I don't care if they know or not because their opinion doesn't matter. And so I responded

Moi- idgaf if they know or not

Personal bodyguard <3- Then that's all that matters. Now with your permission to play your highness, I shall inform everyone else of this news.

Moi- Go fuck yourself

"Okay everyone, this ride is awkward as fuck so me and Auden have decided that we'll be playing truth or dare!" Emery stated

"Mind your language Emmie! And yeah, I'll play." Mom said. "I will join in too." Grandpa added. I noticed Emmie's face light up a bit. Then came the time I was dreading for five whole minutes. Fortunately I didn't have to ask them to join because Emmie did.

 "How long are you going to cry for? My ears kind of hurt." Emmie asked. I noticed SD glare at Emmie. Like he had any authority to. I'm surprised he can still meet her eyes.

"Anyways, do you two wanna play?" she said. "What?" Rachel said in between sobs. This time I spoke up. "Are you deaf or something? She asked if wanna play. Take it or leave it simple."

"Auden, she's your soon to be stepmom, I suggest you treat her with respect." SD 'threatened' me. Like I care. 

"Audie doesn't have to treat anyone with respect because, last I checked, you gave up custody." Mom said with a dangerous tone. "He's not your son anymore and Rachel isn't his stepmom." That made the bastard shut up.

"Are you two playing or not?" Her tone suggested that she was getting very irritated. "No-" was what SD was about to say before he got cut off by the bitch. "Yes, of course we'll play!" Her voice made me want to throw up.

"Alright. Audie, it was your turn to ask me?" Emmie's tone became much warmer when she was talking to me.

"Oh yeah! Truth or Dare Emmie?"
