*Lunas pov* I walked into my dorm room to see Nika standing there with her arms on her hips. "Sorry?" I said standing at the door. "Hahahaha, are you replacing me for Paige as a roommate?" Nika said coming up to me hugging me. "Never ever ever! You're my girl!" I say hoping to make her feel better. "So I just got off of the phone with mom and dad and they are flying us and the whole team out to Croatia for a week!" "WTF ACTUALLY!!" I scream jumping up and down as Nika nods and jumps with me "AH NO FUCKING WAYYYY" I yell.
"Are you guys okay?" Paige comes in asking cause we were yelling. "ME AND NIKA ARE TAKING YOU ALL OUT TO CROATIA FOR A WEEK!" I say running into her arms. She grabs my waist and pics me up and i stratal her waist with my legs. "I can show you my hometown and all of my favorite restaurants and were I played basketball" i said excitedly "babe! That's awesome" she said. Babe? Babe? BABEE? Ahhh!! She kisses me but i quickly pull away and jump down from her arms cause Nika was feet away from us.
"You guys are too cute!" Nika says smiling at us. "Paige are parents will love you!" Nika says. Oh ya I forgot, Paige will have to meet my family. She's probably freaking out. "When do we leave??!" I say to Nika. After our game, so 3 days!" I quickly hop on my phone and text the whole team. I send info of flights and room situations and what to pack. Me and Nikas families live together in a pretty big house, so there should be room for everyone. Everyone was so excited. I started packing right there and then!
The next 3 days were the longest ever, we won our game and Geno was very happy so we got to leave on a good note. The day finally came, my alarm went off at 3:30am, our flight was at 6:15 so I wanted to be ready. I quickly did all the essentials and then grabbed my backpack and suitcase and placed it near the door to exit the hanging room. I then went to go wake up everyone else. I did Paige and Azzi first because I knew I would have to let them sleep a couple more minutes then come back and wake them up again. Nika was also up and so we both woke up everyone.
"P, you gotta wake up" "babe just a couple more minutessss" she whines. Babeee! Ahh I can't with her. I need to come up with a nickname for her! "Lovey come on" I said as the name slipped out of my mouth. I saw her face go red from blushing "Lovey, I like that nickname" she says finally waking up. "Haha let's go!" I said ripping the blankets off of her, she grabs my waist and pulls me into her bed with her. "Ew gross" Azzi says as she sees us. Paige flips her off and snuggles back into me. I wait a minute then decide that we really do have to go.
We all take a big shuttle bus to the airport. Paige sat across from me and I sat next to Nika. She ended up falling asleep on the bus ride to the airport, and of course I had to take a pic.
We got through security and eventually got on the plane. Paige begged Nika to swich seats with her so she could sit next to me. The plane ride was over 9 hours, and Paige was not very good at being far from me for long periods of time. Nika finally gave in, it was me on window, as always, Paige in the middle and Ines on the aisle. I gave Paige my laptop and she put it on her table thingy in front of her, so we could all equally see it. Paige was already snuggled into me, and I could tell Ines was getting suspicious. I texted Paige secretly so Ines couldn't see

She took her head off my shoulder and sat up in her own chair. We were watching mamma mia, Ines insisted. After that I decided to take a nap. Ines and Paige were sharing AirPods and they were blasting some rap songs. I leaned my head on the airplane wall and closed the window so it was dark. I got woken up to the flight attendant asking for my drink order. I got a Diet Coke then I put my AirPods in and shuffled some Taylor. I checked social media quickly and saw that Paige tagged me in her story.

About 2 hours into the flight I already had to go pee. I climbed my way over Paige and Ines and headed to the bathroom. And talk people and an airplane bathroom do not work well together. When I opened the door to step outside Paige was standing in front of it. She pushed me back in and closed the door behind us. "Hi" she whispered as she was inches away from my face. "Hi lovey" I said as she gave me a quick kiss. She went to go out the door but I grabbed her waist. Seriously she thought she could get away, I was the only one who could pull away first. I gave her another kiss then we both exited the bathroom, ignoring the looks from the flight attendants.
The rest of the plane ride consisted of movies, music, and talking about Croatia. I warned Paige what not to say and what to say to my parents. We finally reached land. I sprinted off that airplane, I needed to strech my legs so badly. I was the first one out of the plane, as I looked around for familiar faces. "LUNAAA" my parents yelled, I turned around smiling and gave them both a huge hug, I did the same for Nikas parents then I went back over to the team. We all got back to me and Nikas house around 4:15pm, and we were starving. We were also all extremely jet legged so my parents and Nikas ordered tons of pizzas.
"P come here" I said as she walked up to me, i led her to the kitchen where my parents were. "Mom, dad, this is Paige" "hi it's so nice to meet you both, and I can't thank you enough for letting us stay here, you have dont a beautiful job with your daughter also" Paige says nervously "haha someone's nervous" my mom says with her strong accent, she gives Paige a hug and my dad shakes her hand. It actually went very well, we talked for a bit then I dragged me and Paige away. I mean I wasn't surprised, my parents have always been chill like that.
The rest of the night was perfect. The girls and me blew up a bunch of air mattress and we all watched a movie. Paige was snuggled into me, her head on my chest with her arms wrapped around my waist and her lags intertwined with mine. I didn't care what the girls thought, I was just so happy to be with her in this moment. We both ended up falling asleep.
