Splendid! With that out of the way, we can now get to character related stuff. Ill assume we start during the Animal Realm Incident for the time being.
A very important distiction to make is what kind of character you want to play as, depending on your choice, you may or may not be able to customize your character. Note: Canon Characters are not playable.
A: Established OC. (Recomended if you want access to D as an option)
B: Custom Character.
Pick one of the 2 options above. Picking A will grant you access to most if not all of the OCs that have appeared in the old story (Including D from the original story). Note that the OC will always be encounterable later, even if you aren't playing as them. A Custom Character is made from scratch and is playable only. However the character is a blank slate by default and requires more fine tuning from you, the audience, to better fit in.
I'd personally stick to what we have, but if you guys REALLY want a new character, the choice is always there...
