"The eyes in which I see you shine as bright as the stars."

Mingyu P.O.V

Wonwoo wasn't in my bed the next morning. He wasn't home either. I asked everyone where he was but they hadn't known about him leaving either. I called but he didn't answer. There were only a couple of places he could be. I was lucky to see him at the first place I looked. I sighed before sitting down beside him. He glimpsed at me.

"Why are you here?" I smiled.

"I could ask you the same thing." He shrugged.

"Do you know what today is?" I raised a brow and glimpsed down at my phone. Realization hit a moment later.

"I'm sorry. I should have come with you." He shook his head.

"It's okay. I figured you'd forgotten so I came alone." It was the anniversary of his dad's death. I'd completely forgotten. I'd gone with him every year before he died.

"Hyung, I really am sorry. I should be here. I know how much you hate coming alone." His dad had been a very good person and had sacrificed everything for his family. I wrapped my arm around his shoulder and laid my head against it.

"Thank you for being here anyway." I hummed. His dad's gravestone had been chosen by him. It was small but extravagant.

"Do you want to get some food after this?" He sighed. "Don't give me that. You have to eat. I don't care what the excuses are. You're already too thin. A guy your size should weigh twice as much as you do." I felt his shoulders shake as he laughed.

"You've never complained about it before while sleeping with me." A slight blush spread over my face. He glimpsed at me. "See? You like that I can fit into your arms as well as I do." I pulled away and slapped his arm.

"Shut up." I turned to his dad and smiled. "Hi, Mr. Jeon. It's good to see you again. It's been a while. I suppose I should catch you up. Wonu Hyung is doing okay but he's become a bit of a brat. Your wife is doing well too but she misses you. We all miss you. Also, I'm taking good care of Wonu Hyung whether he admits it or not. He's finally told me that he loves me. That was almost a year ago. You were right. I suppose you won the bet but I'll keep that money for now. I'm a tad bit too broke at the moment." I turned back to Wonwoo. A tear slipped down his face. I smiled and wiped it away.

"He knew?" I nodded.

"Yeah. He knew. Everyone knows, Hyung." He sighed.

"Well, that's that then. Let's go eat. I'm hungry." I nodded before standing up and reaching out my hand to help him up. He never did let go of my hand. I turned back to his dad for a moment and smiled. It had really been a long time since I'd visited him. I'd requested for Wonwoo to be buried beside his dad but that never happened. We walked down the street to the barbeque place and sat down.

"Why barbeque?" He shrugged.

"I was craving beef." I sighed.

"Okay. After this, let's go to the studio." He raised a brow.

"Why?" I smiled.

"Because dancing always makes you happy. You need to cheer up. You can hide it from everyone else but not me and you know that. So, we're gonna eat and then we're gonna go dance till we drop." He chuckled.

"Alright. Your wish is my command, baby." I smiled and closed my eyes for a moment. After we ate, we called our driver and headed over to the studio. I began to remember everything as we walked into the green room. There were so many memories associated with that place. I'd had my first kiss there too. I wish I'd savored that kiss more. I would have if I'd known that it would be the only one I had with Wonwoo. I smiled and shut the door behind us. He turned to me when he heard the sound of the lock clicking into place.

"What are you doing Mingyu?" I shrugged.

"I don't know."

"Why did you lock the door?"

"I have a lot of regrets and if I fail at what I want to do, I'll at least go back with fewer regrets." He raised a brow but wasn't able to ask any more questions before I launched myself into his arms. He lost his balance and barely caught me. I smiled before pressing my lips to his. Saying he was surprised was an understatement. He lost his balance again out of surprise and landed against the wall. He pushed me away and tried to catch his breath.

"Mingyu."

"If I have any regrets when I go back, this won't be one of them. I love you and I'm sorry." I tried to kiss him again but he still held me back.

"Why are you sorry?"

"Because It's too late."

"What's too late?"

"Us." I began to feel my body to get lighter. It was happening and I couldn't stop it. I was going to lose him again. Everything went dark. It was all happening the same way as it did before.
