as harry and i sat together, our playful banter and occasional flirtatious glances were interwoven with subtle observations of niall and myla.

they had been pushed into conversation through circumstance, and while their initial exchanges were tentative, soon genuine laughter and teasing began to fill the air.

"you see that?" harry whispered, a mischievous grin spreading across his face as he subtly nodded towards niall and myla. "i think they're starting to enjoy themselves."

i chuckled softly, leaning closer to harry. "yeah, looks like our plan to get them together is working."

from our vantage point, we watched as niall made a witty remark that elicited a genuine laugh from myla.

she playfully swatted his arm in mock annoyance, but her smile betrayed her amusement.

"they're definitely warming up to each other," i remarked, a sense of satisfaction evident in my voice. "remember when they could barely look at each other without blushing?"

harry chuckled softly, his gaze never leaving the pair across the room. "now they're practically finishing each other's sentences, just like us. oh my they're harry and amélie part two!! "

as the evening progressed, niall and myla seemed increasingly engrossed in their own world of inside jokes and shared laughter.

occasionally, harry and i exchanged knowing glances, silently celebrating each small moment of connection we had unwittingly orchestrated.

"they'd be adorable together," harry commented quietly, his tone warm and approving.

i nodded in agreement, feeling a surge of happiness for our friends. "they really would be, they might get together. who would've thought our little matchmaking scheme would actually work?"

harry chuckled softly, his arm brushing against mine as we both continued to watch niall and myla with a sense of quiet pride. "i guess we're not such terrible matchmakers after all."

the evening wore on, filled with the soft murmur of conversations and the tinkling of glasses. by the time we finally left, niall and myla were still deep in conversation, their laughter trailing even after we made our way home.

it was clear that our plan had succeeded beyond our expectations, and as harry squeezed my hand lightly, i couldn't help but feel a surge of happiness for both niall and myla.

as harry and i stepped into our cozy apartment after a long day, the lingering excitement from our concert still pulsed through us.
