Chapter 30

Laila's POV

Feeling a sudden rush of heat I wake up and push Jacob off of me. I grab his shirt off the chair beside me and walk to the bathroom. I look at myself in the mirror and cringe at the sight of myself. My eye make has smeared for my sleep and my lipstick and been smudged from last nights events. I look like a piece of shit.

Quickly running out to the room I get my bag and hit the shower. Thinking about last night, I smile, but frown soon after. Jacob and I had sex. But we are dating, so it's ok right, and I love him. I think.

Finishing my shower, I get out and towel dry my hair, change and brush my teeth. I come out and see Jacob scrolling on his phone.

"Well good morning sleepy head." I say and he laughs.

"Laila how do you wake up so early. It's 9am." He says with a raspy voice.

"Early riser?" He get outs of bed and walks to the bathroom. He's naked. "Jacob!" I say throwing a pillow at him.

"Sorry babe." I hear the shower turn on and about 10 minuets later he's out. "Wanna do breakfast?" I nod and he gets dressed.

"Do we have to check out or can we come back for our stuff." I ask.

"Well I really don't want to come back, so let's just check out and maybe, you can come back to my house." He explains, and I nod.

We gather our things quickly, and head out to the lobby, Jacob hands the last his card and she swipes it. Once he finished we drive off. My phone buzzes and Alexis name pops up.

"Hello." I say.

"Hey sissy! Where are you I'm hungry." She says.

"Umm well where are you I'll pick you up." She tells me she's at Sam's and Kian's. Which is on the way. "Ok be ready I'm almost there."

"L, can the boys come?" I look to Jacob and debate.

"Yeah sure why not." I say regretting it. "Yay ok bye!" She yells.

"Who was that." He asks.

"Lex, we are going to Kian's to pick her up. Oh umm and the guys are coming." I say quickly.

"Oh. Ok." He says weirdly.

"I'm sorry, I didn't want to say no. It would have seemed rude." I say with a sigh.

"It's ok Laila, it's not a big deal, plus maybe Sam and I can make a mends." I says while putting his hand on mine.

"I love you Ja-baby" he cringes and I laugh. He turns into the driveway and I call Lex.

Shortly after they all emerge from the house. "Shit, I don't think I'll have room for all of them." I nod in agreement and get out and walk to Lex.

"I didn't know all of them were coming!" She shakes her head.

"Chill it's only me, Kian, Sam, and Con." That's still too many, but we'll make it work.

"Laila!" I hear Connor yell. I run to him and leap into a hug.

"OMG! What are you doing here aren't you supposed to be at school? Aren't you doing summer classes?" I ask as I pull away.

"Yeah, but I have to talk to you guys about something. So I thought I would come down for a few days!" I say pulling him back into a hug pulling him back into a hug.

"Well I'm glad you're here, it's been a crazy week, well couple of months. But let's go, I want you to meet Jacob!"

We drove to a Waffle House, everyone semi-squished in the back, Kian occasionally complaining that his legs were falling off. But soon after we parked and sat in a booth.
