I am so excited for The Sword of Summer! I mean, I'm also excited for Lady Midnight and Chain of Thorns (I think that's the first one) and to read The Kiłł Order and The Crown of Ptolemy (I still haven't read it) and watch the Shadowhunters show and the two movies, but this is different. I haven't read new Rick Riordan material in longer than I've read material from any of the other authors and this is the beginning of a series about different mythology, which, incidentally, I know nothing about apart from the fact that Loki is a villain everyone obsesses over and Thor is the good guy in Marvel. There's also a guy called Odin. I mean, with the other authors...I read THG and Divergent in February and TMI, TID and TMR after that. So, it doesn't have the same novelty. And the short stories don't count since they're about characters we already know about.
