Y/N's POV:
As I felt JK's weight gently settle against my chest, a wave of contentment washed over me. His steady breathing, the rise and fall of his chest, created a soothing rhythm that calmed my racing heart. I traced delicate patterns on his back, reveling in the warmth of his body pressed against mine.
The events of the morning replayed in my mind, each touch, each whisper of affection, filling me with a sense of euphoria. JK's love for me was like a beacon of light, guiding me through even the darkest of times.
I ran my fingers through his hair, feeling the soft strands against my skin. His presence was a comfort unlike any other, grounding me in the present moment and banishing all worries from my mind.
I whispered, the words a tender declaration of my feelings for him. I pressed a gentle kiss to the top of his head, feeling a surge of emotion welling up inside me.
His response was a soft murmur, barely audible but filled with warmth and affection. I smiled, feeling a rush of happiness at the sound of his voice.
But as I reflected on the whirlwind romance that had brought us to this moment, I couldn't help but think back to how it all began. Our marriage had been sudden, unexpected, and unwanted by me at first.
Jungkook had been a mysterious figure, shrouded in secrets and enigma. Yet, despite my initial reservations and doubts, there was something about him that drew me in. I remember the moment I first glimpsed the depth of his love for me.
It was the day I discovered a hidden room in our house, a room where he had kept memories of me from a time when I didn't even know him. Photos, mementos, letters-all meticulously preserved. Each item in that room told a story, capturing moments I hadn't even realized he had noticed. The letters, filled with his thoughts and feelings, revealed a side of him that was tender and deeply caring. Every moment, every letter I saw in that room made me realize just how much he had always cared, how long he had been watching over me, loving me from afar. That discovery had shattered the last of my doubts and solidified my trust in him. It made me fall in love with him in a way I never thought possible.
As I lay there with JK in my arms, I realized that I didn't regret a single moment of it. Despite the initial reservations and doubts, marrying him had been the best decision I ever made.
Because in him, I found a love so deep, so pure, that it transcended all obstacles. He was my rock, my anchor in the storm, and I knew that as long as we had each other, we could weather any storm that came our way.
So as I drifted off to sleep, with JK's heartbeat as my lullaby, I felt nothing but gratitude for the unexpected twist of fate that had brought us together.
In this moment, lying entwined with JK, I knew that I was exactly where I was meant to be. Our love was a force to be reckoned with, unbreakable and unwavering in the face of any challenge.
With JK by my side, I felt invincible, ready to take on whatever the future held. And as I closed my eyes, drifting off into a peaceful slumber, I knew that no matter what tomorrow brought, as long as we were together, everything would be alright.
As I opened my eyes, the soft rays of the afternoon sun filtered through the curtains, casting a warm glow over the room. And there, beside me, lay Jungkook, peacefully sleeping.
I couldn't help but admire the sight of him, his features softened in the gentle light. He looked so serene, so utterly human, that it was easy to forget all the chaos of the previous day.
I reached out to gently brush my fingers against his cheek, marveling at the warmth of his skin beneath my touch. He stirred slightly, his lips curving into a faint smile even in his sleep.
I leaned in, unable to resist the urge to press a soft kiss against his lips. But as our lips met, his eyes fluttered open, and I found myself staring into his gaze, filled with a mixture of surprise and amusement.
"Am I that handsome?" he teased, his voice laced with humor.
I couldn't help but chuckle at his playful remark, feeling a sense of deja vu wash over me. It was moments like these that reminded me of the bond we shared, the love that had blossomed between us despite the unexpected circumstances of our marriage.
I brushed a strand of hair away from his face, my heart swelling with affection. "You're more than just handsome," I replied softly, my voice filled with sincerity.
............"There's nothing but handsomeness in you. You're clumsy af. Argh, I hate you!" my eyes narrowing in mock annoyance.
Jungkook grinned, his lips quirking into a playful smile. "At least I'm handsome," he shot back, his tone light and teasing.
"JK! You forgot about the passport? Now what are we gonna do?" I exclaimed, a hint of frustration coloring my voice.
He pulled me closer, his touch sending a thrill through me. "Baby~ We're in public... Don't scold me like that~" he murmured, his breath warm against my ear.
Trying to maintain my composure, I pushed him away gently. "And what about you making moves in public?" I retorted, giving him a playful glare.
He smirked, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "That's called making love..." he replied, his voice dropping to a husky whisper.
I rolled my eyes, trying to hide the smile tugging at my lips. "JK..."
He backed off slightly, his expression softening. "Calm down, baby... One of my guys is already on it..." he reassured me, his voice soothing.
With a sigh, I relented, knowing there was no use arguing with him. "I hate you..." I grumbled, though the affection in my tone was unmistakable.
He grinned, his eyes warm with affection. "I love you too," he said, his voice filled with sincerity.
Just then, one of Jungkook's bodyguards approached us, holding out his passport. I thanked him quickly before turning to leave, eager to move past the moment.
As I handed the passports to Jungkook, he hurried off to the check-in counter. But before I could follow, I accidentally collided with someone.
"Oh no... I'm really sorry," I apologized, feeling flustered.
The person before me chuckled softly. "No worries at all," they replied, their smile warm and reassuring.
"Enjoy your trip to Bali," they added with a friendly nod.
I replied with a small smile, "Thank you~"
With a crooked smile and a nod, the stranger left. As I watched the stranger disappear into the crowd, a sense of unease settled in the pit of my stomach. "How did he know where we were going?" It was a question that lingered in my mind, adding to the mystery of the situation.
With a furrowed brow, I turned my attention back to Jungkook, who was now waiting for me at the check-in counter. As we prepared to board our flight to Bali, I couldn't shake the feeling that something was amiss.
Little did I know, our journey was about to take an unexpected turn, one that would challenge everything we thought we knew. But for now, all we could do was board the plane and brace ourselves for what lay ahead.
