Chapter Twenty-Five -----------------------.

"Wake up Issa" Damon said shaking me from my beautiful sleep. Opening my eyes, I gave a yawn.

I had done a very deep thinking about last night's dream and I have decided to let the sleeping dog lie for now.

"What the hell happened Damon?" I asked in annoyance. "It time for the run" Damon answered chuckling.

He was in grey joggers, a plain white round neck tee-shirt and white sneakers. Only the goddess knows why he is so dressed up when he is only going for a run and it is not as if he won't pull it off or shred it off even or is there anyone he wants to impress.

You dummy

Nonsense! Why would he want to impress me and why dress so...... good just to impress me when I already know and acknowledge that he is handsome.

I don't remember telling him I wanted to exercise my body this early in the morning, I only remember telling him that I just wanted to see how their morning training is because I have never gone or attended.

"Run1 I don't remember telling you I needed to run, I only remember mentioning to you about training and why are you dressed as if you are going on a date?" I stated curtly turning my head to the other side of the bed, turning my back to him and using the duvet to cover my body back.

"Is that jealousy I hear in your voice??" he teased dragging the duvet from my body again and I groaned loudly.

"Was that the only thing you were able to pick out from what I said?" I asked coving myself back with the duvet and facing him.

"No but that was the most important and I usually go straight to the training ground immediately after my run, I don't have the time to come back here to wake you up" he said and immediately dragged the duvet off my body totally.

"What's the time?" I asked finally giving up on my much needed slumber and placing my hand on my bed nest hair.

"it's just two minutes after five..." he answered and I screamed in horror while he covered his hear. Can you blame me? I hardly ever wake up before six.

"Stop screaming unnecessarily Issa and get the hell up" he said dragging me from the bed with my legs but I resisted and let out another scream. Immediately he left my leg and covered his ears again looking at me with amusement.

"Stop screaming Miss, the house is sound proof, you are just wasting the strength you are supposed to use to get up, so just get up already" he said frankly and I huffed placing my head back on the soft pillows.

"Why will you wake a lady by five? That's very harsh of you as a gentleman. A normal lady is supposed to wake up by six or after six, nothing before that" I stated standing up from the bed and staring at it in longing while Damon chuckled again.

"You see, you already lost the challenge even before it even began" he stated and immediately I snapped my head from the bed.

I could I forget the deal, we had actually strike a deal last night while talking that if I could win against one of his warrior in a fight, he would stop pestering me to move into his room but if I lose I will automatically move into room and right now I am ready to give up my beautiful room to go to his despite the offer being so tempting.

"Well Issa, sorry to inform you but I wake up four every morning, do my one-hour gym training; I have got to keep this body working" he paused and sent me a wink before continuing.

"By five I go for my morning one-hour morning run before going to the training ground for training by six so get your ass ready for the run in five minutes" he said and left the room leaving me standing like an idiot before I remembered that the brute gave me only five minutes and rushed to the connected bathroom like as if I was being chased.

Immediately I got into the bathroom, I picked up my toothbrush, pressed my Aloe Vera toothpaste on the mouth before brushing my teeth for the next thirty seconds, the fastest I have ever been so far so good. Once I was done with brush I immediately, washed off my face with my face wash before spending about a minute on my bird nest hair before it became presentable and ran to the walk in closet.

Once in, I just pulled out a white sport bra, a grey joggers and a white running shoes. I know, you are right I wanted to match Damon and it looks cute to me. Once I was dressed in them, I ran down stairs to see Damon pacing impatiently.

"Hey, how do I look? Bad right?" I asked nervously as he turned to look at me. "No, no not bad at all, you are still stunning Issa" he replied and my heart beat sounded louder and faster with my stomach doing somersault. So he thinks am stunning, not beautiful. I believe being beautiful means being plain and I am nowhere near plain.

With I thought, I held out my hand to him, which he took and led me outside so that we can start our run.
