Chapter Twenty-Six -----------------------.

{AUTHOR'S POV}

"Hey, how do I look? Bad right?" Issabella asked looking nervous as Damon turned to look at her.

"No, no not bad at all, you are still stunning Issa" he replied and her heart beat sounded louder and faster with her stomach doing somersault.

"So he thinks am stunning, not beautiful. I believe being beautiful means being plain and I am nowhere near plain." Bella thought suddenly feeling happy.

On seeing her bare chest, opened and toned stomach and all her lush curves, Damon chocked on is breath and Bella not aware of this gave him a twirl.

Damon's eyes were full of lust for the woman who is his mate and for the first time in more than a century, he felt horny.

Snapping himself out of it, "Go put on a jacket" he said and Bella snorted loudly using her tongue to make the sound.

"You are asking me to put on a jacket?" Bella stated, more like commented putting her hands in akimbo.

"I am not asking Issa, I am commanding" Damon replied using his Alpha tone and Bella snorted again.

"Does he think I am gonna fall for that?" she thought to Hera before smirking at him.

"Well my answer is no, you just have to deal with seeing me dressed like this" she said sitting on the black cushion in the living room.

Damon not in the mood for fight gave up. "Let's just go, we are already behind schedule" with that he turned his back and left the house with her trailing at his back.

"So......... this is what you do every morning huh. I will have to give it to you, that was fun but not as fun as my sleep" Bella said sitting down beside my mate on the grass.

They had been running around the pack for the past one hour and Bella was pretty much exhausted and had been whining and buzzing in Damon's ear after the first thirty minutes.

Grabbing a bottle of water from him, she gulped down the whole botte and looked at Damon smugly.

Damon stared at her cheekiness in amusement, "She looks strangely more stunning than she looked yesterday with her down"

"Take a picture, it will last longer you know..." Bella snapped and mentioned 'Handsome creep' under her breath but he heard her.

"I know I am handsome" he whispered into her ear standing up as she tried to cover her blush.

"Let's go or we are going to be late again to the training grounds" Damon said pulling Bella up from the ground and she dusted her backside to rid the grass that were there.

They had actually run from the front of their house to the field near the training ground that journey made up almost the whole pack grounds. They were already near the training grounds when Bella stopped running making Damon almost crashing into her.

"Stop staring at my ass" she said turning to him. Those words made Damon more amused than he was already of her.

"Why the fuck will I want to be staring at your ass love when I know I am not ready to spot a hard on during training" he said and she blushed at the thought of her making him hard.

While Damon what to more than staring at his mate's ass, he can't, not without knowing if she was also Damien's mate. Most wolves' twins, Lycans especially usually share mate bond with someone most especially the male ones, they always tend to mate with the same woman or man even.

When Florence was still alive, Damien had claimed that she was his mate too but Florence had said that she never felt any mate pull towards him so Damien had gone mad about being rejected and had killed her in the end. Leaving Athens before Damon could have banished him to form his own pack of rogues, COWARDS.

"But I saw you..." Bella pressed lamely still trying to regulate her breathing and discomfort over the wet pact that had begun to soak her panties and Damon laughed leaving her behind as she huffed throwing him curses at her predicament.

"Get on positions" Damon's voice rang out throughout the field commanding everyone's attention in the field.
