I woke up the next morning with my head nuzzled into Carters neck and in the clothes I was wearing yesterday, my face hurting from dried tear tracks.

Carter was slowly waking up beside me, he looked like such a little kid with his hair all messed up and a sweet little smile on his face. It made me giggle.

"Good morning Angel." He whispered kissing my nose.

"Good morning to you too Babe." I replied blushing a little.

"Do you think we can go see Aiden soon?" I asked.

"Of course Hun." Carter whispered back with a small smile on his face for reassurance.

"Then I'm going to get ready for the day." I told him as i slowly got up and walked over to the bathroom.

I did all my shower stuff and then slowly made my way over to my closet and put on www.polyvore.com/cgi/set. Carter had gone downstairs to do whatever.

Once I had done my hair and makeup, i slowly walked downstairs to get some food before we headed to the hospital.

"Tegon! I made some pancakes for breakfast!" Carter yelled from the kitchen.

I walked over to where the yell had came from. There was Carter covered in flour. I started laughing my ass of.

"You know Carter. When you make pancakes, you are supposed to use the flour not where it!" I laughed actually rolling on the floor.

"Hey! It's not funny. I dropped the bag of flour and i got covered in it. ITS NOT FUNNY!" he replied laughing as well. He looked like a ghost from all the flour.

We laughed for well over 20 minutes about his flour accident. He got annoyed about me laughing at him and grabbed a hand full of flour and threw it on my face, which made me laugh even more.

Once we actually stopped laughing we sat down and ate a very tasty breakfast. We talked about random things as we ate and cleaned up breakfast.

Once everything was all cleaned up I looked over at Carter who was grabbing his keys.

Back up. He was grabbing his keys?

"Babe?" I asked.

"Yeah?...."

"When did you get car?!" He didn't have that yesterday.

"Oh! Before we were dropped off at home, I stopped at my house to get some clothes and my parents had bought me a car as a suck up gift." He said laughing.

"Suck up gift?" i said still confused about it all.

"Yeah they are going on a month long trip to some really far place and felt bad for not taking me." Carter replied smiling ear to ear.

"Awe! Your parents are the best ever!" I giggled, starting to walk over to the door.

"Yeah I know, ready to go babe?" he asked as we walked over to the door.

"As ready as I'm ever going to be." I replied starting to get a really bad feeling in my stomach. I didn't want to see my brother all banged and bruised up.

We drove to the hospital in silence. At one point Carter saw tears starting to come to my eyes, and grabbed my hand and gave it a reassuring squeeze.

When we finally got to the hospital I just sat in the car while Carter began getting out.

"Are you coming?" He asked me.

"No...." I whispered in reply.

"Why not?" Carter asked with worry oozing out of his every pore.

"I can't go see my brother all hooked up to machines. He's going to be all cut up, and not Aiden looking! I can't handle that Carter!" I half yelled half whispered as I began to break down and cry again.

Eventually I am going to cry all the water out of my body.

"Tegon. Baby. You can't just not see your brother. He needs you right now. If you were in his shoes, would you want to be alone right now?" Carter told/asked as he pulled me into a warm embrace to calm me down. It worked.

"Okay. I guess your right. Let's go in I guess." I said wiping away the last of my tears, and attempting to fix my makeup.

We walked hand in hand to the lady at the front desk.

"What room is Aiden Hunter in?" Carter asked in a light, friendly tone. It wasn't really like him, but I wasn't going to question it.

"Room 52. He's down that hallway dear." The lady replied pointing to the hallway to the right of her.

"Thank you." Me and Carter said in unison.

We walked slowly towards the door. I felt the knot in my stomach get tighter and tighter as we walked down the hallway.

Room 49..... 50.... 51.... 52. I looked through the window on the door and saw Aiden, or what I was assuming was Aiden.

He looked nothing like himself. His hair was shaved off with stitches on each side of his head. He had cuts and scratched all over his face, which happened to be a sick pail colour. There was an IV attached to his arm, and a heart monitor thing attached to his finger.

"Oh my gosh......" I whispered as I looked at my brother. Carter grabbed my hand and opened the door.

"Aiden.... What did you get yourself into this time.?" I whispered as I walked over to his bedside, grabbing his cold hand.

"I dunno Tegon.. But everything hurts like hell." Aiden said in a raspy voice, he cracked a smile as he talked. That reassured me that he was going to be okay.

"I'm glad your okay man." Carter said from behind me giving Aiden a sympathetic look.

"Thanks dude." Aiden said looking a little sheepish. I have totally missed something here, but I have no idea what it is.

"So do you know when you get out of here?" I asked ignoring the awkwardness of the two boys.

"I think I can leave tomorrow, as long as I am fine today." He said scratching the back of his neck awkwardly.

I really wanted to spend the day with my brother because we haven't spend a lot of time together lately but I was fairly sure that Carter didn't want to spend another minute here.

"Carter. If you want to go you can. I'm gonna spend the day here with Aiden." I said seriously to Carter, who looked conflicted. Aiden just looked dumbfounded.

"Are you sure babe? I can stay if you want." Carter said walking over to me.

"Yes I'm sure! Go out, show off that new car of yours!" I assured him, giving a huge smile.

"Okay.... If your sure." Carter said giving me a hug, and a quick peck on the lips.

"Love you babe!" He called happily as he walked out the door.

"Love you too!" I yelled after him.

"So why did you want to stay here with me?" Aiden asked in confusion, tilting his bald head to the side.

"Well we've been arguing a lot more than usual and haven't spend any quality time together, so I'm taking advantage of you being trapped here." I replied with a shrug as if the answer was obvious.

"Oh Tegon. You are quite the girl." Aiden laughed opening his arms wide for a hug.

"Yes, but I'm your girl!" I said with a grin on my face.

We spent the whole day just talking and laughing, and re-getting to know each other.

My day had been great up until I got a text message from my good friend Shannee. Can't you just feel the sarcasm.

I think I'm about the fucken cry. AGAIN.
