I have a feeling this day is coming very soon. All these years of working towards my ultimate goal might be achieved in the coming days.
Killing Red certainly is not an easy task. He is a lone wolf and a vigilante. He has no friends, and I assassinated his only business partner, Blue, earlier in the years. I know Red is trying to kill me too, because he thinks what I've done is pure evil, and I cannot blame him.
Recalling My Background and Origins
In the universe where I was born, I run illegal businesses — smuggling, money laundering, illegal human experiments, you name it. Together with my colleagues, our corporation has achieved great success. Together, we make tons of money, dominate many industries, and have businesses on multiple planets. My colleagues are my family, and I could not have accomplished this much without them.
However, there are always counterforces. The police force, the competitors, and the enemies want me jailed, if not dead, for the illegal things I've done. Almost two decades ago, Red arrived in this universe and helped the police force defeat the toughest criminals. He brought along his pets to uncover and destroy the bases of many triad gangs and criminals. These animals were like magicians: they knew how to spit fire, shoot energy beams, and summon meteors. We had never seen anything this mystical before, so most of my business partners surrendered to him and willingly went to jail when he cracked down on their camps.
The jail is an interesting place. Earlier in the years, to save my colleagues so they were free from charges, I would take on all the blame to get myself locked in jail. This was also to hide from Red and many others who wanted to take my life. And when the noises died down, I would escape from prison with some new friends I made in there and continue my business. It was a great place to recruit new labor and partners for my conglomerate, and that was one of the reasons why we kept expanding.
We achieved so much over the years, and my bucket list kept checking out things left to do. One of the things that was left was to go back and eliminate my enemies. Over the years, I have been training in gunfights and martial arts so I can seek revenge and destroy those who were in my way. My hands were soaked with the blood of countless Officer Jennys, enemies, and business rivals.
Now, there is only one thing left for me to do in my life, and that is to kill Red: the one man who keeps destroying my plans.
Red, His Pokemon Team, and My Counter
Red is the only one left that I wanted to kill but never managed to. His powerful pokemon team was something I could never break through. The first few times when I encountered him, I got caught by him and his pokemon team. He trusted the rule of law, so he spared my life and sent me to jail. But as I escaped from prison a couple of times, he had to do a lot of this "catch the rabbit" activity. Kind of like he was Batman and I was Joker.
When I was out of prison, I tried assassination on Red, but his pokemon team was always guarding him, especially his Deoxys, which could suddenly pop out and stop the bullet with Psychic. That's when I realized I would need a team of those "pokemon" to help with this task. If I can use the pokemon to distract Red's pokemon team away, then I can take him out by myself.
With the help of Cyrus (whom I will talk about later), I traveled to the Pokemon Universe, learned about the mechanics, and caught a few of these animals. I was not too good at this, and they were not too strong in combat, but they were great distractions for my opponents, so I could defeat them using "alternative methods".
One day I received intelligence from Cyrus. Team Rocket Leader Giovanni and his grunts were hatching a mysterious pink-purple pokemon in their lab, so I went there as an ambush to gather more information. I did not know what that thing was, but it was an unconventional way to breed a pokemon. When they took it out from the machine, it was still unconscious, so maybe it was technically not born yet.
