iv. The Cryptocrystalline Chalcedony

I have never reminisced
On the the times you owned
But my memory just
Rewinds it again and again

I never waited for
Your bittersweet reply
But the candle melted
Faster than the eclipse

I always understood
The things you said
But I couldn't comprehend
Mails you wrote with no ink

I never had venerated
Your lackadaisical gaze
But I'd never cut you off
Like a grass with a sickle
