My leg was still intact. Thank goodness. However, I did suffer from a lot of burn marks. It hurts to stand but I managed it surprisingly well. Right now, I was sitting at the table. Trying to repair my boots. Getting irritated slightly when trying to fix the inner wiring. "Did he... create the blaster out of pure electrical energy and...tiny micro robots?? No wonder it's going to take me a while!" I groan and slammed my head on the table.
Just for me to feel someone lift my head up gently. "... Mr. Tanaka?...." I said, tired shown in my voice. He pulls up a chair and sits next to me. "You are stressing yourself again. As much as I do repect you as an equal because you are more intelligent than the average person. However, you are still a child in my eyes. And w child at your age shouldn't be dealing with such stress...Mmhm, maybe saving the world is to much for you-"
"NO!...I-I mean....Sorry, I'm just... everything seems to be confusing me so much even when I already know the answer! I like saving the day! I like all my new friends and how my life has change!...but... realizing there is more things about me that even I didn't know....Scares me, that maybe I will never figure out this question...Who am I, Tanaka? ...Am I a Thorndyke?.... Am I a Sullivan? Am I Kid Genius?....Just who am I!...Who am I supposed to be?" I ask him. Trying to fix up my boots. Tanaka taking my hands and placing them down to my lap.
"...You are Y/N. That is who you are. In all reality, you shouldn't have to let people choose who you are. Because that is for you to decide! Remember, I may just be a butler. But I am also your butler. Not to mention, me and Ella have taken care of you even before Chris was born. We care for you just as much as we do for, Chris. We don't see you as a title...We see you as our little girl we watch grow up."

I honestly felt like I was going to cry. I jump into his arms and hugged him tight. Sniffling a bit, giggling after. "Thanks Tanaka..." I break the hug. Looking at the butler. He raises his hand up and takes off my glasses. Him seeing my red eyes. Not that I was insecure about them. They did scare some people. I started hating them when I found out, Eggman has the same pair too.
"Another thing...Ms. Y/N." I hear Tanaka say, as I place my glasses back on my face. I look up at him confused. Just for me to back up slightly with a terrified expression. Mr. Tanaka's face showed a silently anger expression. "If I see Sonic place his lips anywhere near your face again, I will not hesitate to-"
"Hey, Y/N! Try this delicious pie I made!" A voice booms out from outside the dinning room. It was Amy's voice, as she enters inside with Tails, Cream, Cheese and Chris following behind. Saved my the bell, I give Mr. Tanaka a sheepish smile and move past him. "Wow Amy! This pie smells really good." I try some of it...and holy cow on a pogo stick! This was the best pie I ever tasted!
"Amy, this is incredible! You should be a chef. Like SERIOUSLY you should." Once I had said those words...I didn't expect her to...cry!!?? I began to panic out. Thinking I just insulted her for some reason. Just for her to jump on me and hug me close. "AAHH! YOUR SO SWEET TO ME! THANK YOU SO MUCH!" She wraps her arms around my neck tightly. Starting to loose oxygen...Sonic, I feel your pain, dude. But the hug is nice.
