(No One's POV)
"The signals coming from somewhere around here. Just be on your guard boys." Topaz, the head woman, order the men to keep an eye out on where the heavy energy signals were coming from. Rouge, the bat, flying upside down next to her, wondering why she's hanging around.
(As well as aggressive freaking saxophone music playing in the background.)
"Just keep watch. We are going to find that Emerald." Topaz tells the bat. In a serious and ordering manner. Rouge clearly not caring nor taking her seriously. "Yeah, okay. Oh, by the way, I know where it is." She tells the short hair woman so casually. Surprising her in advance.
Following the Bat mobian. She leads her to an edge of a cliff. Seeing a large spacecraft like machine. To which the emeralds must be hiding. Topaz quickly pulling out her walkie-talkie and addressing their situation. "Chief, I think we found it."
After informing the chief. She looks over to Rouge. "You ready?" She asked her. "Sure, oh, hold on." Rouge looks down off the cliff. Noticing two silhouettes coming out from the forest and approaching the spacecraft. That being Knuckles the Echidna and Kid Genius.
Topaz gasp and looks down. "...Why are those two here!!?? Kid Genius is here as well?" Topaz, being a pretty big fan of Kid Genius, looks at her with excitement and confusion. After all the last time they got to talk was during the time her and Sonic had saved the world from Eggman. (Where she also got her autograph.)

(Sonic's POV)
...Geez, have I really been pulling an Amy on here? I had no idea she felt that way towards me? Never in a million years would I ever see myself as clingy! Then again, never in a million years what I thought I'd meet someone as perfect as her. She's awesome and just English words in general aren't enough to describe her!
And yet I blew it... If she dislikes me that much then why did she say all those things? And calling me a rodent? Ouch ... When she says stuff like that she kind of sounds like her dad! ... Come to think of it she sounded exactly like him- Oh no, is his genes rubbing off of her? Either way, I'm not going to run away from this. Like Amy said, a perfect way for a perfect relationship is communication!
.... I can't believe I just quoted something from Amy- got to hand it to her. She has helped out when it came to romantic stuff. Even though we're both not the romantic type- She did gave me some great pick up lines to... Science related ones~
