"Uncle Kai, You told Uncle Ming your past? Before you found me?"-WenYue

"Only if you tell him that a nine-tailed ice fox saved your life. That you almost died if it had not transferred its powers to you."-Uncle Kai

"If leans self, he may not trust. He knows hands like ice. He will learn, not to fly, cold, stiff. He did not know how long you had gone from Immortal Mountain. That  you way older than look."-WenYew

I agree as does A-Yew. Who should drop the bomb first? Both will be shocking. It is decided my son will go first. It will shock him and hopefully what I say will not be as much of a blow. I watch as A-Yew walks out of our sleeping quarters also called the LanRu cave. Hoping this all goes well.

I am out kicking the straw ball with a child Zombie when A-Yew comes over. He smiles and starts to join in. I know his sight is pretty bad but if a corpse can see to play then I would expect his qui is acting as his eyes.

"Cheng MeJin loves to play ball. He was seven when he died. One of the first corpses to be thrown in after Uncle Kai saved me. You could say he sees me as an older brother. "-WenYew

Since I came to live here all walking corpses around have evolved.  As if they're purified. Likely my core is doing it. I cannot take the pure energy in. It hurts if I try. I pull resentment from around me and turn it into qui. I was hoping to talk alone. I lead him to the river dangling my legs in. 

"Uncle between me and Uncle Kai you know my past but there is one thing I have not told you. Kai sensed it right away since he came across it when he first went down the mountain long before you went. That is why you do not recognize him.  

After I broke my legs I was attacked by the bear as you know it clawed my chest and slit open my thought. I nearly died that day but a fisherman came and found me. The village doctor said I died once for a few seconds. She got me back, the only way to save me was to use her old friend Winters's spiritual essence she had from when he died. He decided that I was my qui was strong enough that his spiritual essence could combine with mine. While his conscience has died I possess his spiritual powers. The power of a spiritual animal, the power of the nine-tailed Ice Fox."-WenYew

I left before he asked any questions. Now Uncle Kai can shock him, hopefully not to the grave. I want to see my cousin again without telling him his father died. That would not be a good way to come back to Cloud Recess. I know he will come back and ask me more about it or run off after he processes this.

I am sitting by the river overwelded and concerned for my nephew. It makes sense in a way. His hair color has gone from his brown to the white of the Ice fox and his eyes would be its red eyes if he could see. I notice Ru Kai coming over. He looks nervous, even the way he walks is stiffer than normal. He rolled up his pant legs and just as A-Yew had done he stuck his legs in the water.
