Hey my loves! Hope you're all doing well!

We're basically almost halfway done with the first season! That's actually crazy. I somehow forgot to say Happy Pride Month at the beginning of the month(well I don't think I did so here it is again!) I don't have much to say this time so enjoy the chapter!

At his place, Anos was immediately smothered by his mother.

"Good job on your exam!" Izabella happily said as she hugged her son, who was already used to it. "My sweet baby boy won again! Anos, you're amazing!"

His team, plus Misa, Lay, and his father sat at the table which was filled with different foods. Akari couldn't help but giggle.

"Her displays of affection are as over the top as ever. But I'm not any better," she said, and the sisters smiled in agreement.

"Well, I think it's great that they're so close," Lay said with a smile.

As they ate, Misa couldn't help but ask. "Are you sure you don't mind me joining? I m-mean, it is a party for your teammates after all."

"Of course," Anos replied. "You're on my team now, too."

She slightly gasped. "Even though our side lost?"

Akari spoke up, leaning her chin on her hand. "You have potential, my dear. In the forest, that spell you used was Lignon's signature move."

Misa tilted her head. "Who's that?"

"The Great Spirit of Water. We wouldn't be too surprised if you two were linked in a way. If you unlocked that strength, you'd be a great ally."

Misa smiled. "Thank you so much!"

Anos' father, Gusta, then spoke up. "I'm so proud of you, son. Doing well in school and making new friends. You'll make a fine demon lord someday."

Anos looked at him. "Who me?"

"That is your dream, isn't it?"

"Isn't that why you're studying so hard at the Demon King Academy?" Izabella asked.

Sasha spoke up, a bit confused. "Excuse me-"

Izabella interrupted with a smile. "That reminds me. I thought I should be doing some studying myself, so I visited the castle of the Midhaze Demon Lord, Sir Elio Ludowell!"

"Sir Ludowell? Sounds familiar," Anos said.

Akari frowned in annoyance at the name. "He's Emilia's father."

"Really?"

Misha and Sasha nodded. Izabella excitedly grabbed her son's arm. "Anos, all your dreams are gonna come true! Just remember that mommy believes in you!"

Gusta lifted up his mug. "And that goes double for your old man!" He laughed.

Lay couldn't help but smile at the scene in front of him, taking a bite of his food.

After dinner, Misa and Lay went out to get some air, and Izabelle showed the rest of the girls Anos' baby pictures. Akari's hands were slightly shaking as she held the photo album. Anos as a child was too cute, she thought she was going to explode!

"Woah. When Akari told us about it, I thought it was some kind of joke," Sasha said with a smile in disbelief. "He's really only a few months old."

"That's right," Izabella replied. "I know it's a little strange, I still can't believe we have such an incredible child."
